Hey everyone. Unfortunately, this is not a chapter. This is an author note/explanation.
Here's the truth: I don't know if I'm ever going to update this story. According to my stats, I updated this story last year, but to be honest, it feels longer than that.
There are other stories on this profile that aren't yet completed, and I'm not sure if I'll ever complete those either.
A lot has changed since I created a lot of my stories on this account. I've created a second account for stories from other tv-shows: Mileven03011. I've become interested in different shows (*cough, cough* Criminal Minds, *cough, cough* Shameless). My secondary account unintentionally became my primary account as the content I published changed.
Every single story that I've written both on this account and on my other account has been started with a passion and lots of ideas, but there are some stories that might not ever be completed as I have lost my creative passion/ideas, and for this, I'm sorry.
I'm sorry that some of your favourite stories of mine might not ever be finished. I'm sorry that some storylines might not get the ending they deserve.
When I write a story, I start off by writing down every single idea that pops into my head. Sometimes I even write the ending to the story, so I know how I want the story to go. There have been times where I will have at least 5-10 drafts of chapters that aren't published - and I'll work on every one of them individually, making sure they're perfect before publishing them.
This story - among others on this account - was started with an idea, a passion, a really annoying voice in the back of my head demanding that I create a story out of the idea before I lost it. But, after a while, the need to publish chapter after chapter became difficult to handle, and it wasn't any easier when I spent countless hours trying - and failing - to come up with a decent chapter that would feel long enough to keep you (the readers/audience) interested and intrigued. Having writer's block also doesn't help.
Despite that, I love reading your comments. I love reading the reactions that you all have when reading some of the more...interesting parts. I love that so many of you clicked on this story and started - and continued to read it. Which is why I hate that I don't have the passion to continue/complete this story, and others.
And, I will admit that this is all my fault. Some times I'll start one story and after a while (and at least 5-6 chapters) another idea for another story pops into my head and I (stupidly) start another story. Then that cycle repeats and I end up with 3 different (unfinished) stories. By the time I go back to the first story and try to create another interesting chapter, the passion for the story is gone and I end up with a draft of a chapter that lays unpublished for a long time - with no sign of ever being finished and then published.
I knew that you - my readers/audience - needed an explanation as to why I hadn't posted to this account in a long time. It also popped into my head when Wattpad sent me a friendly reminder that they had noticed that a story of mine (most likely this one) had not been updated in a while:

This made me feel guilty. I wanted my stories to be seen by as many people as possible, but my passion for those stories slowly - but surely - disappeared.
I hope you can forgive me. I know this isn't what most of you want to hear from an author, but it's the truth. Please, feel free to keep interacting with any of my stories from this account and from my other account!

P.S: I'm not entirely sure whether or not I'll mark this story - and others - as "completed". I think I should, as I don't really think I'll ever publish a new chapter, but it doesn't feel right marking it as "complete" when it really isn't (due to lacking a decent ending to the story). I'm just going to let my indecisiveness win and come up with a solution later. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
