Returning

There was a 50/50 chance that Noah could've gotten the role. He had to keep his cool and he would calmly answer whatever call came his way. At around 10:25 am, Noah had seen his phone buzzing. He quickly answered it, Putting the phone to his ear as he heard the ringtone end.

Noah: Hello?

David Travis: Hey Noah, It's David.

Noah silently screamed.

Noah: Hey.

David Travis: We just wanted to let you know that we are looking forward to working with you on the new movie. We had a little gift basket sent to you.

Noah: Oh my gosh thank you so much!!

Noah hung up the phone, opening the hotel door to see a gift basket. He opened up the letter.

Noah,

We are so excited to be working on the new movie with you. We thought that this gift basket would be a nice "welcome to the cast" present.

Noah smiled as he picked up the basket. He placed the basket on the table and sat down beside him. He took a picture before clicking on his group chat with Millie, Sadie, Finn, Caleb and Gaten.

Noah: Guess who gets to work with ROBERT DOWNEY JUNIOR!!

Millie: NO WAY!

Finn: That so awesome Noah!

Sadie: Holy moly that's awesome!

Noah: I got this little basket...

Noah sent the picture to the group.

Gaten: So cool! It's Marvel related! I love it!

Caleb: Congrats dude! We're all really proud of you!

Sadie: When are you coming home?

Noah: Once I give them my measurements tomorrow, I'll be on the first flight home. They said that I won't be returning to California for another 3 months.

Millie: See you in 2 days Noah!

Noah put his phone away.

(2 DAYS LATER)
Yesterday he had given his measurements to the costume designer. It was time for him to return home. He got up at about 10 am for an 11:30 am flight. He had packed all his bags and he was ready to go home. He had taken a shower and gotten dressed. By the time he was ready, it was 11:15 am. Luckily he was 5 minutes from the airport.

He arrived at the airport and got out, making his way to the reception with his bags and the basket. He signed in and headed towards his plane. Yes...he had a private flight. He got onto the plane, holding his carry on bag and his basket.

After what seemed like forever, he had arrived back in Atlanta. Eventually, he had arrived back at the house. Walking inside the house, he noticed that no-one had said anything.

"Hello?" Noah asked, his voice echoing throughout the entire house. No response.

He walked further in the house, putting his bags near the lounge-room couch. Making his way to the kitchen, he noticed a note, sitting on the corner of the kitchen table.

Noah,

The best part of the day is when you come home and dive in...

Noah immediately walked over to the back door. As he walked to the pool, the lights surrounding the pool had been turned off until he reached gate. As Noah pushed the gate, walking into the pool area, his heart started pounding.

"CONGRADULATIONS!" His friend and family shouted as Noah smiled in surprise.

For the next 2 hours, Noah and his friends swam in the pool, talking about the new movie and what was going to happen.

"Noah? Can I talk to you please?" Finn asked as he dried himself off.

"Sure..." Noah said. They both made their way inside, with Noah giving a slight glance to Millie.

"So...what's going-" Noah didn't even get to finish his sentence before he felt a pair of soft lips touching his. He held Finn's face while they kissed.

Finn eventually stopped the kiss, smiling as his heart raced.

"Finn...I-" Noah began to speak, but he couldn't help himself. He kissed Finn, placing his hands around Finn's neck as he smiled.

"Noah...do you want to...you know..." Finn hinted. Noah's heart pounded. The one thing he had wanted for forever was coming true.

"Of course I'll be your boyfriend..." Noah spoke, Finn holding him.

Finn smiled as he held his new boyfriend in his arms.
