Chapter 7

Alyssa's POV:

" So that's what happened and now where here. Chiron has Jason in the Big House and I let Piper roam around a bit," Annabeth said. I just stood there with my arms crossed over my chest and mouth hung open in shock.

" Wow, th-thats quite a story," I said.

 " I know right! Ugh. Why does my life have to be so freakin difficult while throwing her hands up in the air. I unfolded my arms and went to give her a hug.

" Hey we'll get through this together, I promise."

" Thanks Lissa," Annabeth said while hugging her best friend back.

" Anytime now lets go meet these new demigods shall we!" She nodded and we both laughed and started to walk inside the Big House when Will came up to us running and panting.

" Whoa there Will what's up," I asked.

" Yea what's up? You look like you ran a marathon," Annabeth said. He put his hand up to us so he can catch his breath.

" Its Piper she met Rachel-"

"Okay and that's bad because," I asked.

"- Wait you didn't let me finish. She meet Rachel in Hera's cabin-" Annabeth gasped. "- Yea I know. Luckily I followed her and we found Rachel. We talked then all of a sudden Rachel was possessed by Hera I think saying something like free me. Then Piper went unconscious." Oh no that's not good, I hope she's okay. Wait what am I saying of course she's fine. She's my best friend she can fight it.

" Umm... Alyssa you okay? You looked like you've seen a ghost," asked Will concerned.

" Yea, I'm fine let's go see her." Will nodded and started walking back to the infirmary and I was about to follow when I felt someone hold me back. I was confused and looked to see Annabeth holding my arm.

" Annabeth what are you doing? Can you let me go please," I pleaded. She did what I asked and let me go.

" Alyssa we need to go talk to Chiron, like now." I rolled my eyes.

" Chiron can wait. Can we go check on Piper and see if she's okay?" By now Will realized we weren't following him and stopped to see what the commotion was.

" Why do you care so much about Piper, you don't even know her? Plus I'm sure she'll be fine, we have the best medics with her. Lets go talk to Chiron and see what exactly is going on okay," Annabeth said as nicely as she could. I sighed. I forgot they don't know, that I know Piper and that she's like a sister to me. I'll tell them eventually. But she's right we need to see what's going on first. I nodded and walked towards Annabeth. I turned around to face Will before I entered the Big House. " Hey Will just give me a check up on how she's doing before the campfire, thanks!" He nodded and left. I puffed some air out and entered the Big House.

Jason's POV

Okay wow! A lots happened today. Apparently I can fly and I'm some sort of demigod. Oh and I forgot I can speak Latin. Right now I'm in this so called Big House with Chiron. He some how knows me and thought I was dead. Clearly I'm not dead, I'm very much alive and still breathing thank you very much. Chiron was showing me the living room when Annabeth came in.

" Hey Chiron. Jason." I waved hello. Then I heard a voice that sounded familiar to me.

" Hey Chiron so what exactly is going on-" said this girl who has blonde hair. I couldn't quite see her face, her hair was covering it, but I felt like I know her. "- I mean I'm gone for three days and Percy's missing and now we have three new demigods... That are way over the age of 13," exclaimed this mysterious girl. She then moved her hair out of her face and now I think I remember why she seems so familiar! I tried remembering where I know her from. You know because I kind of lost my memories. " I mean come on can't we get some peace and quiet for once," said the girl while throwing her hands up in the air and sitting down on the couch and putting her head in her hands. I don't think she noticed me yet because she's still babbling on and on about her wanting some peace and quite for once in her life. Chiron chuckled and so did Annabeth. There was silence... well not completely the girl was still murmuring underneath her breath. I remember now! Weird I remember her but nothing else. I don't even remember how I met her. Whatever, I decide to take a leap of faith. " Alyssa is that you," I asked. The blonde looked up at me and her eyes grew wide and she jumped up from her seat. Chiron and Annabeth were taken aback. Alyssa nodded. I smiled, finally someone I know, well kind of. I think I'm starting to remember how we met.

" How do you know her," Chiron asked curiously. I scratched my head and looked over at Alyssa and she just nodded and gulped.

" Uhh... well we kind of met during a quest. I think. I mean we both got sent on the same quest and so we um... kind of helped each other out. So yea," I said nervously not sure if I said the right things. Chiron looked at Alyssa and I closely.

" Well then I'm quite surprised that you both didn't kill each other. Seeing as you Jason are Roman and Alyssa here is Greek," Chiron said. My eyes widen. I'm Roman. I'm so confused right now.

" Well we didn't get along at first he kind of stole something from me, until a monster found us and we were forced to fight together. After that he wasn't that bad and we found out we were going to the same place so we decided to team up. Despite if he was Roman and I was Greek," Alyssa said while looking down at her feet. There was silence yet again. Alyssa's eyes open wide and she looked up. "Uh I've said to much."

"Indeed you have. And I have as well," Chiron said. Silence fell over us.

" So... Chiron we came in here to actually see what exactly is going on. Oh and Piper the new demigod who just arrived is in the infirmary," Annabeth said. Once I heard her say Pipers name I felt kind of responsible for her. I don't know why, I don't even know the poor girl but still.

" Is she okay," I asked. Annabeth nodded. I sighed in relief. Chiron sat there in his wheel chair and was rubbing his chin and was thinking for quite some time.

" Lets just head to dinner and then go to the campfire and I'll explain everything to you and Annabeth later," Chiron said while facing towards the two blonde girls. They both nodded understanding. " Well, shall we go," he said while motioning us towards the door. Chiron and Annabeth went out first together, while Alyssa and I stayed behind for a bit. I looked towards her and she was looking at everything but me. I coughed and her eyes landed on me.

" So long time no se-" I said before she interrupted me.

" It's really you isn't it Jason," Alyssa said while moving closer towards me. I nodded. She hugged me and I was taken a back and then hugged back. She then stopped hugging me and took a step back. "- What are you doing here? You should be back at your camp not here?" I scratched my head wondering how I should tell her.

" Uhh well I kind of don't remember anything at all. Like where I came from or who my friends are. All I know is that I can speak Latin and refer to the gods by their Roman names. And what camp?" She shook her head confused.

" Never mind the last part I said. But you know me? How come you don't know anyone else?" I shrugged. She sighed in frustration. I heard a bell in the near distance. She looked towards the sound. " Come on we better go or else we'll miss dinner," she said while grabbing my arm and pulling me out of the Big House. Well, at least I know someone from my past maybe I can finally get some answers around here.

I'm so sorry you guys for not posting till now. I've been so busy with projects from school, but now its Summer! So hopefully I'll be able to update more often.I hope you enjoy this chapter. Sorry I kind of put my own twist on this and I tried my best to put scenes from the books as well. Well I hope your summer is fun!
