Prom is today and I can't wait! I've never seen Zak in a tux before and I'm excited to see what he'll look like in one. It'll make me think of how he'll look for our wedding.

When we got home early from school, which was around twelve, I took a two hour bath. It doesn't start until eight, so I have enough time to redo my nails as well.

I'm so glad that my mom taught me to do hair. As soon as I started talking she started teaching me. It was so fun doing hair with her and helping her do some of her clients hair when they would come over. Before she died she wanted to open her own salon and wanted me to help her run it. When she was getting around to doing that she became sick and couldn't do anything. Just thinking about this makes me want to cry.

I wiped my tears away before finishing up in the tub. I put on a tank top and some shorts before getting my nail kit out and starting on my nails. I finished an hour later and held out my hands to look at my work. They were beautiful! I took a picture of them and posted it on Snapchat, then Instagram.

I looked at the time, which read three-fifteen. What am I going to do for two hours? Duh, my hair. I grabbed the stuff that I needed to do my hair and started doing it. (Picture is at the top)

I finished that thirty minutes later and took pictures and stuff. I looked at the time and it was going on quarter til four. I went to my closet and grabbed my dress and laid it out on the bed, then grabbed my shoes and accessories.

As soon as I was getting ready to do my make up, my phone started to ring. I answered it without looking to see who it was. "Hello?"

"Baby, quick question," Zak started. "Besides the color blue and pink, what are your other two favorite colors?"

I scrunched my face in confusion. "May I ask why you are asking me this, sir?"

"Okay, you're gonna have to cut that sir stuff out unless we are in the bedroom, and second, I can't tell you."

I playfully rolled my eyes and laughed. "Pastel green and black."

"Except for black. Choose another one."

I groaned. "Dude, what are you up to? Aren't you suppose to be getting dressed?"

I could almost hear his eyes roll from the phone. "Just choose a lighter color, woman!"

"Okay, lavender!"

"Now was that so hard, princess?"

"Zak, shut up and get ready!" I laughed.

"I will, gosh darn it! Jeez."

I smiled as I picked up a makeup brush. "You know you love me."

"I do." He chuckled. "I'll see you in a little while."

"Alright. I love you."

"I love you, too I guess."

I smacked my lips and rolled my eyes, knowing that he was joking. "Bye, Za'Chary."

He smacked his lips back. "Bye, Felicia."

We laughed before hanging up. I went downstairs to watch tv a little bit to kill some time and think. I wonder why he asked me that? I'm sensing it's a surprise, but what kind of surprise?

After watching back-to-back episodes of Spongebob, I realized that it was going on six-thirty. I hurried up to my room and did my makeup, which took me until seven to do. Then I started getting dressed. My dad came home as soon as I finished. I examined myself in the mirror and smiled.

"I am so gorgeous." I said to myself as I took a photo. I giggled and grabbed my clutch before I heard a knock at my door.

"Who is it?!"
