*Two weeks later*

I was finally getting discharged from the hospital today. The next four to six weeks staying home is gonna suck. I can't go back to school or work, and Zak has to do everything for me, which I hate for him to do. Aaron, April, my dad, Zak's mom, and the rest of our family are going to help me out the best and possible way they can.

The drive home was very quiet. I was dosing on and off from the pain killers the doctor gave me. He told me to take it only if I have pain so I won't harm the baby. Zak looked over at me and chuckled. "We're almost home, baby." He grabbed my hand and rubbed small circles with his thumb.

"Mmkay." I mumbled, trying to keep my eyes open, only for them closing after and I fall to sleep.

I felt someone lightly tapping my arm. I woke up to see Zak looking at me, smiling. "We're home." He said before getting out of the car. I groaned, not wanting to move. Zak went to the back of the trunk to get my wheelchair. He then came to open my door and helped me get out an on to the wheelchair.

"Do you feel okay?" Zak asked as he began to push me. I responded back with a nod.

"I already have the bed set up for you before I left earlier. I want to help you wash up before you get in and get comfortable."

"Zak, I haven't been comfortable in two weeks." I manage to say with a chuckle. "You can wash me after I get some sleep."

He kissed the top of my head. "Okay, baby." When we got into the building, I saw Mrs. Benton looking over at us walking in. She covered her mouth with her two hands as she practically ran to us. "Oh my gosh, sweetheart!" She gasped. "You finally came back home. How are you feeling?"

"I'm in pain, but I'm recovering." I smiled, trying to lighten up the mood.

She placed her hand on top of mine. "Get all of the rest you can, sweetie. I'll make sure to check up on you every once in a while."

"Thank you, Mrs. Benton. I appreciate it." We headed on our way to our place. I am so glad to be home. I wanted to jump out of the wheelchair and kiss the floor.

Zak wheeled me into our room. The bed looked so comfortable, but I'm not gonna be able to fully relax on it. He parked me at my side of the bed and began to help me onto the bed. Once I was settled I thanked him.

"You're welcome." He replied, smiling at me. "Is there anything you want me to do for you?"

"No, baby. I just need some rest." I smiled. "Thank you, though."

"Alright. I'm going to go wash some clothes."

I nodded and watched him begin to pick up our clothes basket. When he left the room I drifted off to sleep.

I instantly woke up to the sound of a loud boom. 'What the hell was that?' I thought, looking around the room. I sat up a little bit before calling for Zak, who came shortly after.

"Hey." He smiled, walking to sit down on the chair next to me. "You slept a long time."

"Until I heard World War III happening outside. Did you hear that?"

"Oh, that?" He pointed towards the window, letting out a chuckle. "It's trash day, remember?"

I groaned as I ran a hand through my messy hair. "What time is it?"

Zak looked down at his watch. "Going on three."

"So what time did we left the hospital?"

"Um," He said, thinking. "Around 7."
