It had been two weeks, Zac nor Fatima had communicated with eachother. They were both trying to keep up their petty act. Fatima was struggling though. She wanted to call Zac many times but she was too prideful, she wanted to be the victorious one.
"How many more months do I have of this" Andi says sitting Indian style on the couch while Robin moved around. They had a doctors appointment today, Andi was four months at this point.
"It's only the beginning babe, we got some months to go" he says closing the refrigerator, handing her a bottle of water
"Yeah relax, don't rush my nephew. He is far from ready." Fatima says
"Easy for you to say, you're not the one pregnant and feel like I feel" Andi says
"Better you than me" Fatima joked
"I bet you it'll happen soon. What you think babe?" Andi ask Robin for his input
"Uh uh get somebody else to do it. Do not put that on me" Fatima says
"I'm actually surprised it was us first but that's cool, when y'all have y'all little girl, our son will look out for her" Robin says
"Who is y'all?!" Fatima ask with her eye widened in confusion
"You know exactly who y'all is" Andi says laughing as she slide her sandals on before standing from the couch.
"Why cant you wish that on Danni-
"Now you know good and well, if I wasn't pregnant it would be you. Danni will most definitely be the last one, you know she serious about that" Andi says grabbing her purse "So it's you for sure"
"Y'all go ahead and have a good appointment. Get to stepping with that negative energy you putting on me" Fatima says
"You know I'm honest." Andi says
Andi and Robin eventually leave. Fatima had to finish up a paper she was working on, she didn't have much left. She sat on her bed with her laptop in her lap.
She was rereading her work just when her phone rang. She picked it up and eagerly wanted to answer seeing that it was Zac, but she declined. It rung again and she sucked her teeth before answering.
"Yeah" she says
"What you still in your bag about some shit? Why are you declining my calls?" He ask
"What can I do for you Zachary?" She says as if she were a receptionist.
"You can open the door." He says
"Why are you here?" She ask
"Open the door for your friend" he says. She placed her laptop to the side as she crawls out of bed.
"I hope you coming to open this door" he says
"I am. Shut up" she says walking barefoot to the door.
When she got to the door she just opened it and walked away from the door
"Damn I can't get a greeting or nothing" Zac says walking in and closing the door behind him
"What do you want Zachary?" She ask as she walks back to her room and he follows
"A greeting would be nice. Like hey friend or wassup daddy. Remember you called me daddy" he says creating his own joke to laugh at
"Why are you here?" She ask about to hop in bed but he stopped her
"Boy get off of me" she says laughing
"You ain't greet me, give me a hug a handshake or nothing" he says
"Hi five" she says with her hand up
