Ugh! Someone's contacting me in my dreams again.

I hate this.

????: "Perseus Jackson! We require converse with you." 3 Old women said.

I turned & saw the 3 fates sewing yarn & cutting it.

Me: "What do you want?" I said annoyed.

Clothos: "You've defied us again."

Me: "Don't you enjoy that?! Fate is just your predictions on how people will behave based on their past choices & stimuli. Didn't you tell me when I was a child that you were sick of your predictions always being right?! Don't you want Fate to be wrong & defied, as it is more interesting to you?!"

Lachesis: "Oh, absolutely! We aren't mad. We are impressed! The number of people to defy fate from Western Civilization, much less Greco-Roman civilization, are easily countable. You are of an even smaller group to do so repeatedly."

Me: "I know Alexander the Great did so repeatedly by constantly changing himself & improving, which is also why Xian & Buddhas of Eastern Civilization exist beyond fate, but who else in Greco-Roman history?"

Atropos: "Nobody! It's never been done more than once by anyone from Greco-Roman history, except you two."

Clothos: "Before Hades checked up on you when you were 4, no immortal has ever done it once."

Me: I snorted "Of course not. 'Gods have power, but humans have creativity' as said by Alexander. It means that immortals get complacent & have no desire to improve, while mortals are constantly innovating & evolving. You can easily count the number of things invented by gods, humans not so much."

Lachesis: "I agree, but that points out a problem."

Atropos: "You're our second favorite mortal after Alexander, but we cannot help you in the coming conflict, both from the Ancient Laws & what we see & send to the Oracles as prophecies will probably be out of date by the time you receive it."

Me: "I know."

Clothos: "But we can push you in the right direction. What do you remember from your studies of the Titanomachy?"

Me: "After Zeus frees his siblings, Zeus marries Metis, then eats her because her son will overthrow him. She is pregnant with Athena & Porus, the son & younger twin, who went into hiding because of the prophecy, but passed himself off as a child from Metis's previous relationship.

My dad married Mama Amp., then Triton was born.

Zeus marries Themis. She gives birth to Horae, then to you three. They divorced soon after.

Zeus married Hera, but the reception was held long after the war, because Hermes was there to curse a Nymph for not attending by turning her into a turtle.

Triton married Libya, with their daughter Pallas being born not long after.

Zeus has a migraine releasing Athena & Porus after Prometheus split his head open.

Triton takes Athena to his lake of Tritonis & raises her along with Pallas.

Zeus impregnates Leto & she gives birth to the twins, Apollo & Artemis. Hera cursed Leto to not give birth on land.

Fully grown shortly after birth Apollo & Artemis kill the Python, Gaea's guardian of her Oracle of Delphi, thus Apollo taking the Oracle for himself.
