So this is what Saburo-San warned us about. The man-eating demons. Is this what my twin will be to if she ever try to eat a human?? No... she won't even harm anyone. It's never gonna happen to her. She's too gentle to even do something like this.

"What's this... it's rude to interrupt my meal, you know. If you dare to invade my territory, I'm going to kill you!" The demon said. He slowly stands up and turn to face us. I gasp at the sight of his razor sharp teeth. Onii-Chan is quick to step in front of me as the demon lunges at us.

"Onii-Chan!!" I yelled out. I rush forward to help but the demon slashed his nail at me, injuring me on my shoulder. I let out a cry out of pain. I turn my head to look at Onii-Chan as he struggles to fight off the demon. He let out a grunt. Nee-San turn around and rush towards the demon, kicking his head. Her attack affectively severed his head.

I watch as the demon's head hits the tree. Onii-Chan let out a surprised sound as he pushes the demon's body off of him. I clutch onto my wounded shoulder. Blood starts to drip from my wound as I with a horrified expression as I watch the body still moving even without the head.

"You brats... one of you is a demon after all! What are you doing, cahoots with the humans??" The demons yelled. I watch as arms starts growing out of the head. I ignore the pain on my shoulder and grab the axe. I stand in front of Onii-Chan and let the demon bites the blade.

"Y/N!!" Onii-Chan yelled out. I stare at the demon in fear as he starts to smirk evilly at me. His hair starts to grow, wrapping itself around my arms. I turn my head slightly to see Nee-San is still fighting with the demon's body. But she seem to struggle to fight back. I growl angrily and lift my hand, fisting it.

"Get out of my way, you filthy monster!!" I yelled out. I swing my fist and punch the demon on the head. He let out a pained cry. I punch him one more time and swing him off. The axe impaled itself on the tree. I stumble a little, in which Onii-Chan is quick to catch me before I fall over. "Onii-Chan..." I said, with a tired voice.

He smiles softly at me. "You've done enough... rest up, Y/N. I'll go after Nezuko to help her, alright? Just stay put" he said. I just nod my head. He gently lowers me down, so I can take a seat on the ground. He caress my hair softly while smiling at me. "Don't move too much or you'll start to bleed more" he said. I just nod my head as he turns around and rushes towards where the demon have kicked Nee-San to.

I turn my head slightly to inspect the scratch wound on my shoulder. I wince in pain. The wound stings so bad. I can't even move my shoulder without feeling any pain. I bit my lips, trying not to cry out in pain.

I turn my head slightly when I hear footsteps. Nee-San and Onii-Chan walks towards us. Onii-Chan quickly rushes towards us and kneels down next to me. He looks worried as he gently move my haori aside to take a look of the wound on my shoulder.

"Don't worry about me. We have to kill that demon first" I said, pointing at the demon on the tree. He nods his head and stands up. He walks towards the tree and takes out his knife.

"It's useless... you can't kill a demon with that knife" a voice said. I turn my head to the sound to see a man. He's wearing a tengu mask. He's also wearing a blue haori that is decorated with patterns that reminds me of the stream of water.

"How are we suppose to kill the demon?" I asked. The man turn to me, but he didn't say anything. I think he wants us to figure it out ourselves. I slowly stand up, the wound on my shoulder doesn't seem to hurt as much. I turn my head to look at the wound and gasp to see it's starting to heal rapidly. My eyes widened as I stare at my shoulder in shock. What the- how is that possible??

I decide to ignore that for now. I grab a stone and stand in front of the demon. "I think we should crush his head..." I said. I turn to look at Onii-Chan. He turn to look at me in shock. But he nods his head.

"I'll do it..." he said. He grabs the stone from me and step forward, but not too close to the demon. He just stares at the demon, without moving an inch. The demon slowly wakes up and turn to look at us.

"You brats! Come here! I'll eat both of you!!" He said. He starts to frail his hands, trying to get to us. I just stare at him, not knowing what to do. I don't want to interrupt Onii-Chan. He said he wants to do it. So it have to be him.

I watch as the sun begins to rise. The demon's cry out in pain as he got burned by the sunlight and turn into ash. My hand went up to my mouth as I let out a horrified yell at the sight. Not even the bones remained. Now it makes perfect sense why Nee-San tries desperately to avoid the sun.

My eyes widened when I realize. "Nee-San?" I said, while looking around to try and locate where my twin sister is. "Nee-San!!" I yelled out. Onii-Chan grabs my hand as we rush towards the hut.

I let out a sigh of relief when I realize Nee-San is here. She's sitting inside the basket. Her eyes look sad as she covers herself with blanket. At least she's alright.

"Wait... what happened to that man?" Onii-Chan said. I turn my head to look at him. We run around the hut to see him praying over the newly buried victims. I just watch as he lift his head, turning to look at us.

"Both of you. Answer this... what will you do if your sister devours a human?" He asked. His voice sounded harsh and cold. His question making me froze. What was I suppose to do if Nee-San ever harms a human?
