I drop on my knees as I start to cry harder. I gently hold Rengoku-San's hand. "Forgive me, Rengoku-San. If only I'm stronger... I could've saved you" I cried out. I look down at my hands that are holding Rengoku-San's. I'm so sorry, Rengoku-San.

Y/N P.O.V

I keep crying as I hold onto Rengoku-San's hand. A bunch of 'if only' keeps on circling around my head. If only... I woke up sooner and came faster, I could've saved him. If only, I'm a lot stronger... I could've healed him and he'd still be alive.

Look into your heart... a voice said. I open my eyes and look around. But I don't see anything or anyone talking to me. Focus and trust your strength... you're more powerful than you believe yourself to be... it said again.

I wipe away the tears and closes my eyes. I try to look into myself, trying to see if there's anything I can do. I feel something that feels warm within me.

I slowly open my eyes as I know what to do. I stand up and stand in front of Rengoku-San. My eyes turns color into sapphire blue as I focus on him. "Ingal..." I said. A blue glow engulfs his body.

I start to feel tired after using it for a while. I let out a heavy breath as I drop on my knees. My body feels exhausted.

"What was that?" Onii-Chan said. I didn't respond to his question as I keep my focus on Rengoku-San. The glow on his body slowly dies out. All the blood that was on his face is gone, along with the hole on his abdomen.

I watch as his eyes starts to move a little. He exhale a soft breath, and slowly opens his eyes. His smashed left eye looks as good as new as he looks around the place. I let out a sigh of relief as his golden/red eyes met mine.

"Y/N... h-how?" He said. I just give him a weak smile as I still feel exhausted. My body sways a little. I feel a hand on my shoulder just as I was about to fall over. I turn my head to see Onii-Chan.

"Don't go fainting on me again, Y/N... the last time to did, you were unconscious for months" he said. I just give him a weak smile. I give his chest a gentle pat of reassurance that I won't lose my consciousness again. "You've done so well, sis... you've gotten a lot stronger. I'm so proud of you" he said, smiling proudly at me.

A group of Kakushi comes towards us. One of them pick me up, letting me ride her back. While the other Kakushi help Onii-Chan and the others. I just place my chin on her shoulder as we make our way back to the Headquarter.

The Kakushi places me down on a bed. I just lean my back against the bed's headboard. I don't feel as drained as earlier. Which is a good sign, as it means I'm starting to get used to using my healing technique for longer time period compare to how long it used to.

The door to my room slides open. I turn my head to see Muichiro-San. "You really like to make me feel worried, huh?" He said. I just smile apologetically at him. He let out a sigh and slides the door close. He walks over to me, taking a seat on the stool next to my bed. "I heard you've saved Rengoku-San. He was dead, wasn't he? But you somehow managed to bring him back" he said.

"Yeah... I had no idea how it happened either. I'm just trying to focus on my inner self, and found something that helped me save Rengoku-San" I said. He just hum at what I said. He suddenly move from his seat. I blink my eyes as the next thing I know is Muichiro-San is close to me with his arms around me. I let out a yelp out of surprise because of his sudden move.

"Don't scare me like that again..." he said. I slowly wrap my arms around his torso. He places a hand on my head, running it through my h/c hair softly. "I'm scared to lose you, Y/N..." he said in a hushed voice.

"Why?" I said. He pulls away to look at me. He stares into my eyes. "I'm no one special. I'm just-" I said. He cuts me off by placing his hand against my mouth to shut me up. I blink my eyes while staring at him with a startled gaze.

"Shh. That's not true. You're not 'no one special.' You're worth more than gold, or any valuable minerals out there" he said. I stare at him in surprise as he slowly remove his hand from my mouth. "You're worth more than anything to me..." he said, giving me a soft smile. 

"Muichiro-San..." I said, staring at him as my eyes soften. He slowly scoots closer to me. He lift his hand, gently cupping the side of my cheek. He caress my cheek gently as he stares into my eyes.

"I... love you, Y/N" he said. My eyes widened at what he said. When I was unconscious. I can hear someone yelling that they love me desperately as they begged Shinobi-San to save my life. So it was Muichiro-San?

"I... y-you. H-Huh?" I stammered. I didn't expect him to confess his feelings to me. I feel my heart beating rapidly against my chest. I lift my free hand, placing it on my chest. Muichiro-San gently grab the hand that is on my chest. He place it against his chest instead.

"Feel it, Y/N... feel my heart. Feel how it's beating for you" he said. I stare at my hand that's on his chest for a few seconds and turn to look at him. He move his hand from my cheek to the back of my neck. He held my neck firmly.

I notice his face gradually comes closer to mine. I hold my breath nervously, as I watch how his eyes slowly drifted close. I shut my eyes as I feel nervous. But I didn't feel anything.

I slowly open my eyes to see him staring at me with a soft gaze. "I won't kiss you if I don't have your consent, Y/N. The last thing I want is to make you feel uncomfortable. If you're still unsure of me right now. It's okay. I'll wait for you to be ready" he said. I blink my eyes a few times. He just stares at me without saying anything after that.

"You may, Muichiro-San..." I said, after a while of silence. His eyes widen a little. A soft smile eventually starts to form on his lips. I slowly close my eyes as he comes closer. This time, I finally feel a soft pressure being pressed against my lips. I lift my hand, tangling it through his soft hair. He wrap his arms around my waist, pulling me closer to him.

"I have never felt this way towards anyone. I don't even know that I'm capable of to have such emotion in my heart. Everything has been in a haze. Until I met you and my life start to have more colors" he said. I just stare at him as he leans his forehead against mine. "I don't want to lose this feelings. So please be mine, Y/N..." he said.

I slowly nod my head. "Okay..." I said. A bright smile starts to form on his face. He pulls me into an embrace. He buries his face into my hair as he held me close. I smile softly as I wrap my arms around him.

"You have no idea how happy I am right now..." he said, in a hushed voice. He run his hand through my hair. I close my eyes, savoring the feeling of his gentle touch. "I love you, Y/N" he said.

"I love you too, Mui-Chan..." I said. My eyes widened as I pull away to look at him. I expect him to be mad with the nickname I gave him. But he's smiling brightly at me. "You're not mad with what I called you?" I asked.

"Of course not... you can call me anything you want. I'm yours, after all" he said. I feel my cheeks getting warm at what he said. He just openly said that he's mine.

"And I'm yours..." I said. He nods his head. He smiles happily as he pulls me closer. I lean my head against his chest. I can hear how fast his heart is beating. A sign of his happiness. Did I truly make him happy? If that's how it is, I'm happy too! I'm so happy and proud to be able to say that Muichiro is now my boyfriend.
