"Both of you. Answer this... what will you do if your sister devours a human?" He asked. His voice sounded harsh and cold. His question making me froze. What was I suppose to do if Nee-San ever harms a human?

-Changes-

Y/N P.O.V

The man is clearly unhappy with our silence. He walks up to us and slaps our cheeks. My head get turned sideways from the impact. I turn to look at the man, while holding my cheek. But it only stings for a few seconds before I feel no pain again, just like the wound on my shoulder. I'm still not sure what happened to that though.

"If your sister ever harm a human. You kill her and slit your own stomach! That's what you do" he said. I just look down at what he said. I clench my hands into tight fists.

"My sister would never hurt anyone..." I said in a low voice. I turn to look at the man in front of me. "She's kind hearted... that will never happen, and I'm gonna be there to prevent that from happening!" I said. The man is silent for a few seconds.

"I suppose you're the ones Tomioka Giyuu sent my way" he said. I blink my eyes at what he said. "My name is Urokodaki Sakonji" he said. So he's the man Tomioka-San was talking about. I guess he's the one that will train Onii-Chan and I to become Demon Slayers. "Now if you both wish to train... come with me and don't get left" he said. He turns around and starts running. Onii-Chan carry the basket that Nee-San is in. While I run next to him. He seem to have difficulties to run because of the weight.

"Don't give up, Onii-Chan... we have to do this for Nee-San" I said. He nods his head at what I said. The two of us speeds up, and try our best to catch up with Urokodaki-San. But man... he can run so fast.

Eventually, we reach his hut. I place my hands on my knees as I breathe heavily from exhaustion. I've never run so long before. I'm still tired after the fight with that man-eating demon. Oh sheesh... I don't know if I can go on without resting.

Onii-Chan gently laid Nee-San on the ground. "Now both of you come with me... we'll be going hiking" he said. I feel my face growing pale at what he said. Seriously??? We just ran all the way here and now he's expecting us to go hiking? Oh, you've got to kidding me.

But I can't do anything about it. So Onii-Chan and I just follow quietly behind Urokodaki-San up the mountain. The air feels so thin around here. It's getting quite hard to breathe.

Once we reach the top of the mountain, Urokodaki-San turn to look at us. "Now I want you to find your way back to my hut before the sun rises. From this point, you're on your own..." he said. In a blink of an eye, he vanished.

"He's... kidding, right?" I said. Onii-Chan just sighs and shakes his head. "You've remembered his scent, right? Onii-Chan?" I said. He smiles at me. He gently ruffles my hair.

"Of course... it should be easy now" he said. We start to walk forward. We made the wrong step and gets hit by a log. I step onto a soft ground, only to fall through. I stare at the sky above us in disbelief. Of course, it wouldn't be that easy. Urokodaki-San have placed traps all around the areas.

Onii-Chan looks over the hole where I am. He stares at me with a worried gaze. "Are you okay, Y/N?" He asked. I nod my head. He offers his hand to me. I grab his hand, allowing him to pull me out of the hole. "I'm worried about your wounded shoulder, Y/N..." he said.

"Oh yeah... about that" I said. I move my haori a little to let him see my shoulder. "It healed" I said. Onii-Chan's eyes widened as he stares at where my wound suppose to be.

"But... h-how?" He asked. I shake my head, letting him know that I have no idea either. "That doesn't matter. We will figure something out. We have to focus on how to go down of this hill..." he said. I nod my head in agreement.

Every steps and turns we made, there would always be a trap. I try my best to avoid the trap. But each time I feel my body getting scraped or pierced, the wounds instantly healed. It never happened before. So why now? What's going on with me??

The sun starts to rise by the time we've reached the hut. "We... made it" Onii-Chan said as I lean on his shoulder. I feel so tired that my feet feels numb. It's quite harsh even though it's a test. I can't imagine what would the training be like.

I hear a snore and turn my head to see Onii-Chan have fallen asleep. I decide to stop leaning on him. I move his body, so his head is laid on my lap. I gently run my hand through his hair.

"You're not tired?" Urokodaki questioned. I turn my head to look at him. I don't know what kind of expression he's making. But I hear the curiosity in his tone.

"I am, Urokodaki-San. But I don't feel the need to fall asleep" I said. He didn't say anything after that. I assume he's staring at me for any sign of distress. He crouch down in front of me to take a closer look.

"Your brothers have scratches all over his body. But you don't seem to have a single scratch. How is that possible, hmm?" He said. I look down at my body for a moment. I turn my head to look at Urokodaki-San and shakes my head.

"I have no idea... as soon as I got scratched, they just started to heal. I'm not sure what happened, Urokodaki-San" I said. He stands straighter and crosses his arms across his chest.

"I'm sure there's an answer. But what's important is that. I accept you both to be my students..." he said. I blink my eyes at what he said, and start to grin as I feel excited that he have agreed to accept Onii-Chan and I as his students. We're now one step closer to being Demon Slayers. We'll try our best and find a cure, so Nee-San can turn into a human again.
