Finding his favorite place to get his fried chicken. He ordered for the both of us.
We sat down as we waited. He swirled his straw around his drink as he talked. "Ooh, remember those books I got?" I nodded. "Those were so good."
"You read them all in a week?" I was surprised. He got like five books.
"They were only three hundred pages each." He rolled his eyes. "So dramatic."
"No, I'm being the right type of dramatic." Holding my hand out to him. He laced our fingers. Using his other hand to play with my rings and bracelets.
"How is Hongjoong?" He asked.
"He is working on his songs right now. I'm just hoping he isn't drinking. I might need to lock up the fridge if I seriously see any bottles missing." I sighed.
"Oh ok." I just nodded.
"Have you been ok?" He tilted his head. "Well..." I looked down for a bit before making eye contact with him. "I still sometimes think about the day you were just..."
"I'm fine." He smiled. "Totally fine."
He isn't fine at all. But I didn't need him to know that. Not right now at least. I gave him a smile anyways. "Ok."
The food came and we ate. Talking about a whole bunch of random stuff. Animals, to high school, friends. Whatever came to mind at the moment.
Walking around after we left.
"We can always rob that one." Yeosang pointed at a plush shop.
"Why rob it later when we can just go now and buy one?"
"I guess." He rolled his eyes and laughed.
"Let's go." I pulled him. Running across the street. Going into the store. I just followed him around as he looked for a bit. I found a small turtle plush. Grabbing it and just placing it on my head. Looking around on my own for a bit. Finding myself in a room of white. Cinnamonroll. It's really cute. Picking one up and just playing with it. Setting it back down and walking out of the room and seeing Yeosang smiling at the plushies he would grab.
He would grab plushes and look at them before putting them back. There was one that he particularly stared at for a bit longer than all the other ones. He had the softest smile when looking at it. He frowned before he put it back.
Going up to him, I grabbed it. "It's cute."
"Yes, very." He didn't sound happy.
"You want it?"
"I mean..." He turned away as he nodded.
"Is this all you want?"
"I can't have any anyway."
"Why not?"
"Because I just..." "I want to buy you them, so fucken pick them. You can leave them at my place."
He turned back around and just stared at me before laughing. "So serious over some plushies?" He giggled. "Fine. How many can I get then?"
"As many as you want."
He smiled.
I got two plushies. A polar bear and a mini turtle. He got ten different plushies. Most of them were small and medium. But he got a big one that he can barely walk with. I had to hold his hand so he can walk. He was a smiling little mess.
Having to go back to the apartment to drop the stuff off so he can actually walk.
"Yeosang, the door is over here." I pulled him. He only giggled as he squished the plush even more. Too. Damn. Cute.
