"Oh it definitely is, and you are giving me a headache" manik mumbles before getting up and grabbing my hand
He walks past veebha and I just giggle seeing her expressions. As I see manik going towards the elevator I start freaking out again but manik's promise came to mind so I grip his arm as we step in
"This is scary" I whisper as he presses the button
"It really isn't" he says
"Ahh" I scream when the elevator doors close
i immediately turn into manik's chest breathing through it, and honestly not even a few seconds later the doors open making a noice.
"See wasn't so bad now was it?" he asks
"oh it was bad but I think you being there helps"
"Call arun and tell to go home before the party" he says to Jenifer, yes the chick from the plane before we went to the parking
"there is a party?" I ask as manik drives
"Yeah we are opening a club tonight and you and I are going"
"Tonight?" I ask
"Yeah, are you busy?"
"So so busy" I whisper
"Nandini" he warns
"Yes sir" he shakes his head at me
"We don't have to stay too long but I do need to be there plus I wanna show you the club"
"Fun fun, I get to dress up" I say
"Yeah, did you wanna buy something new? I need a suit so we should get you a dress too" he says
"You wanna go shopping with me?"
"Yeah, and we are going to get your a brain as well, whihc seems to be missing"
"Shut up you bad human" I say smacking his arm
"Im driving stupid"
"Oh to heaven we go" I sing making him shake his head, something he does a lot of with me
"So this veebha" I say
"Her and I are nothing, we have never been anything either. Just someone who works with us and annoys the fuck out of me" he says
"Oh I know she likes you but I was talking about something else"
"What?"
"She called me one of your whores which makes me wonder if you bring all your girls to the office" I express out
"First of all, I don't bring anyone to the office, second of all, yes I have had sex with girls but that's all it was, sex" he says parking underground at the mall
"She seems to know a lot about you" I say

He opens my door holding my hand as I step out.
it didn't take long for us to find manik's suit and my dress too which was picked by manik, he looked through stuff on the hanger and picked out a few things but I wasn't in the mood to try on stuff so I picked the outfit he looked at the longest
"I have to take a call nandini, just hang on okay" he says caressing my back
"Can I shop around till you do that?" I ask spotting a lingerie store
