"Bye Sally, remember email me when you are coming home" Paul said hugging his wife. "Have a great time."

Sally kissed him before taking her luggage. "Bye sweetie"

Paul watched Sally walk into the airport before going back to his car. He drove through traffic, deep in thought. Sally had said she wanted to go so she could become better friends with the Chase's, since Percy and Annabeth were so close. Paul didn't believe it, but Sally was her own person and could do whatever she wanted.

Sally had arrived in San Francisco by dinner, and was at the Chase house. She rang the doorbell and Mrs. Chase came to the door. She looked surprised that Sally was there so soon but quickly got over it.

"Sally! It's so good to see you somewhere that's not a funeral. Please, come in."

She gestured inside and Sally brought her things into the living room. After putting her stuff against the wall, she gave Mrs. Chase a hug.

"It's good to see you too Mrs. Chase" Sally greeted.

"Please, call me Joyce."

"Okay, where's Fred?" Sally asked.

"He's just upstairs, let me get him" Joyce offered.

After a minute, Fred appeared at the top of the stairs and saw Sally standing there. After getting down, her gave her a hug.

"Wow, I didn't expect you here so soon! Sorry if the house is a mess, the boys are pretty messy." As if on cue, two twin boys walked into the room, but stopped when they saw the stranger there.

"Boys, this is Sally Jackson. Remember when Percy and his friends came because Annabeth was in trouble?" Fred asked.

The two boys nodded. They looked to be around 15.

Joyce walked down the steps and told her sons, "Well this is Percy's mother Sally, she's here to visit."

The two of them looked at Sally with a sad look in their eyes. They were still mourning Annabeth, and she had to remind herself of this. One of the boys walked up to her.

"Hi, I'm Bobby. We are sorry for what happened to Percy, he seemed like a nice boy" Bobby said.

His twin brother walked up next to him and put a hand on his brother's shoulder. "I'm Mathew. I'm sorry too, we know how hard it is."

Fred and Joyce looked proud of their kids for being so nice to someone they just met. Bobby and Mathew gave her a hug and at first Sally was surprised but then she hugged them back.

"I'm very sorry about Annabeth. She was a great woman, and my son loved her with his whole heart." Sally responded.

Fred walked up behind the twins and put his arms around their shoulders.

"Why don't you guys go out, I have to talk to Sally" Fred said handing Bobby some money.

They nodded their head and left the room. After the three parents heard the front door close, Joyce gave a small smile.

"I'm surprised those two were being so friendly, normally when someone they don't know is here they immediately go up to their room. But I guess this was an exception. Would you like pizza? We just finished dinner but I can heat up some leftovers." Joyce offered.

"That sounds good, thank you. I need to to talk to Fred real fast anyway." Sally thanked.

After Joyce went into the other room, Sally got a serious look in her face.

"Fred, I have something important to ask you. It's crucial that you promise not to tell anyone besides Joyce what I ask of you. Understand?"

Fred promised and Sally took a deep breath.

"As you know, Percy was killed soon after the funeral ended. But what you don't know is that it was only hours after. When we were packing up in his cabin, he left to go talk to Chiron. After a while we went to check on him, and we found him arguing with Zeus. Before me or Paul could do anything, Zeus summoned a lightning bolt and killed Percy."

Paul looked horrified and pulled Sally into a hug.

"I'm so sorry you had to witness that. Are you sure you're okay?" Fred asked.

"Thank you for you concern, yes I have healed but that is not the point. Percy was killed for no real reason, and I was furious. Zeus claimed to have not been in control of his actions but I know he is lying. After I got back to our apartment, I vowed to get revenge against the gods. Paul has convinced me to not destroy them, but I will find a way to punish them for their actions that have gone unpunished for thousands of years. And I would like to recruit you in this mission. Will you join me in getting vengeance against the gods?" Sally finished, hoping Fred would say yes.

He stood in front of her, mouth hanging wide open. He didn't know what to say to this, an invite to help get revenge against the very beings that controlled how life worked. This was not the question he expected from her at all. Fred was very confused and didn't know what to say. He was suddenly very glad that the two of them were alone in the living room. He closed his mouth and thought of a response. "I-I don't know Sally, you are asking a lot. Could you give me some time to think about this? This is a huge decision." Fred asked.

Sally was looking him right in the eyes and she responded "Sure, and remember. Tell no one besides Joyce, maybe not even her. I will wait for your answer."

Right at that moment, Joyce walked in the room, but stopped when she saw the two of them.

"The pizza is ready Sally, it's on the table."

"Thank you" she said, and walked out of the room.

"What happened Fred? What did she say?" Joyce asked, sounding concerned.

"I'll tell you later honey" Fred said.

A/N ~ Hey everyone! Wow I love this chapter. I finally wrote down a plot for the next few chapters, and I feel so productive. I decided to give Mrs. Chase a name, and since I am rewatching Stranger Things, I decided to name her Joyce. I think it suits her. I feel like people have forgotten about Annabeth's half brothers, and the fact that they're twins. I mostly guessed on their age, and if anyone knows how old they would actually be let me know. Comment what you think of this chapter. Is it good? Is it bad? Vote if you like it. Thanks!
