It's a quiet morning... Not that you were complaining, but...
You were used to waking up to the sounds of life filtering through your household...
And right now, you are met with silence.
You turn over in bed, hoping to get a few extra minutes of soft cuddles with your husband, but you are met with cold, tangled sheets.
"Alex?" You call out to your husband, wondering where the infamous Echo 3-1 has wondered off too.
But still you are met with silence.
You look over at your phone as the time reads 9:45 A.M.
It's a rare Saturday inside the Keller household – you had decided to put all activity aside for the weekend and just enjoy the peace before the storm.
Your children were over at your parents for the weekend, and while you miss the screaming and thunderous roar of heavy footsteps, you were going to take full advantage of this moment with your husband.
You look at your phone once more, noticing a text message blinking at you.
Alex: Went to the store to grab a few things, won't be long... Love you pretty girl <3
You smile at your phone, and decided to face the music knowing you won't be able to fall back asleep.

There is a roar of music, playing within the kitchen as a mix of spices, and smells fill your home.
The eggs had been cooked just the way Alex had liked, fruit had been cut and powder sugar had been sprinkled on French toast.
You stay focused on the task at hand, watching as the bacon cooks to greasy perfection.
You're lost in the moment, as the music changes over to the next song... A song you can't refuse.
You feel yourself moving and grooving as the tempo sways left and right – your hips and body following suit.
You don't notice him.
But he notices you – and though Alex was usually one to either announce himself or sneak up on you, he can't help but stare.
He steps into the kitchen, making sure to give you enough room, as he takes in your form.
You're wearing one of his shirts and a pair of panties, he remembers discarding the night before.
He watches as your hips sway, and you sing off key... You're silly, and goofy... But so fucking gorgeous.
Your carefree nature was what drew Alex to you... The little twinkle of mischief is what sold him.
You step away from the stove, spatula in hand as your microphone, it's too perfect of a day and song to let slip by you.
As you turn, you're caught off guard, jumping out of your skin as Alex comes into view.
"Fucking hell baby, you scared the shit out of me," you take a deep breath, trying to calm your heart, watching with a heavy eye as your husband laughs at you.
"I'm sorry baby, I couldn't help myself... You looked so pretty dancing without a care in the world," he steps closer to you, taking hold of your hips.
"Mmm, don't think you're getting off so easy Mr. Keller, we have the house to ourselves this weekend and I plan on taking full advantage of you."
He leans closer to you, hoping to seal the deal and skip breakfast.
You lean away from him, "Not so fast sir... I have one condition."
"And what is that?" Alex huffs, like an inpatient child.
"You gotta dance for me."
