You sigh as you close Kaveh's journal. Even though you know curiosity will creep in your mind, his privacy is more important. Also, you turn Alhaitham's note around, when did he place the note under your pillow? You muddle that thought on your mind as you clean up your space, making sure that the floor is clean. You peek outside your room, the Sanctuary is quiet, you realize that you don't know where to get spare blankets and pillows. When you are still debating if you'll check around, you hear someone enter the Sanctuary. His footsteps are now ingrained in your brain, his confident gait and slow steps as if he owns the place.

Alhaitham looks surprised to see you before noticing your distressed face. He walks faster towards you, looking concerned.

"Are you okay?" He asks as he outstretched his hand, which he quickly drops when he notices you looking at it.

"It's nothing serious but, I don't know where to get spare blankets and pillows."

"Thank you for being considerate but I have already placed some of my extra pillows and a blanket from my home," he says nonchalantly. "It's on the bottom shelf of your drawer."

"What? Wait, when did you do that? And when did you place the note under my pillow?"

"During my lunch break. You were too busy playing around with Kaveh to notice what I brought." The hint of jealousy in his voice is thick, "If you were observant enough, you would've asked me about my bag earlier."

"Oh…" You try to remember if he brought anything earlier but you can't seem to really remember. He must be right, you were too focused on Kaveh to notice him.

Wait, no. He's baiting me. He's trying to see if I will agree that I'm too focused on Kaveh. I'd better shut up now.

You change the subject, "Well, it's getting late…"

He closes the door once both of you are in. That's when it dawns on you, you're alone with Alhaitham overnight. What will Nahida think?

"Does Lesser Lord Kusanali know you're here?"

 "No."

You stare at him with your cheeks slowly getting hot. He removes his cloak and boots and opens the bottom drawer where his supplies are indeed neatly placed. He takes a towel and clothes as well as a small pouch, which must be his toiletries. You move to the side as he excuses himself to take a shower.

Wow he really just made himself feel at home huh…

You also exit your room and slowly walk towards Nahida's room. It takes you some time and you are nearly panting when you reach her door. You knock once and you hear her say, 'Come in!'

You slightly open her door and you're shocked to see yourself inside a garden. There's even a pond filled with golden fish and all sorts of flowers. In the middle area is a structure made of wood, like a treehouse. You stay in her doorway, afraid of getting lost.

"Hello! What brings you to my room? Do you like it?" The Archon asks as she walks towards you, "I am not an Adepti that can create domains from sheer power alone but I guess this is kinda okay. What do you think?"

Something clicks in your mind when she mentions about the domain creation and you answer her question automatically, "Not all Adepti can create domains, only those who have really high elemental and spiritual power can manifest one."

Nahida notices the difference in your tone and her inquisitive gaze bore on you. You stare back, frozen on the spot.

"Hmm… That must've been from a memory ingrained on you so much that even if you have amnesia, it just came out. You are really interesting! I think I want to learn more about you, especially that the late archon of Liyue was the Prime of the Adepti."
