~ ALICES POV ~
It's Sunday and I'm in the ultrasound room with Harper and Grayson.
The doctor said everything is healthy and perfect.
"When will you be able to determine the gender?" I ask.
"Well Harper is 7 weeks along and we can sometimes determine the gender by week 14. It all depends." The ultrasound technician says as she starts cleaning up.
Harper smiles as she sits up. "Aly, you will not be coming to that appointment."
"Why!" I frown as she stands up.
"It's going to be a surprise!" She laughs as she hugs Grayson.

We walk out of the building to Graysons car. As we're walking Grayson gets a phone call.
I don't pay attention to what or who he's talking to until he says my name.
"Hey Aly do you want to go over to the Murphys? Laura wants to take you out for ice cream." Grayson smiles down at me.
"Sure I don't mind." I smile back.
I get into the car and buckle my seatbelt. That was unexpected. Laura wants to take me out for ice cream; I cant help it but smile.
"Here take some cash." Grayson hands me some money.
"Thank you." I put it into my pocket before he starts driving.
"Aly call me if anything goes wrong okay? Or if you want to go home." Grayson says.
I nod. "Okay, I will."
Not long after I feel my phone buz. I look at the notification and see Ivan texted me.
Ivan: you better not order basic vanilla ice cream with caramel.
Me: hey. That's a classic.
Ivan: there's special ice cream flavours on the menu today. Don't be boring.
I smile at my phone.
Me: shut up. I'm not boring.
I turn off my phone once Grayson parks outside the Murphy house.
"Have fun and make good choices!" Grayson looks back as I unbuckle my seatbelt.
"Not too much fun though." Harper smirks as she turns around.
Grayson snaps his head to look at her in disbelief. I laugh as I get out of the car.
As I walk up to the house I hear talking behind the door. Before I can knock Laura opens the door.
"Come in come in!" Laura smiles as she opens the door to let me.
"Thank you for inviting me." I hug Laura quickly.
"Of course sweetheart." She smiles as she looks at me.
