He's back

"Dawn stop using your cousin as a Guinea pig and come to the table to eat. You are just like your father." Dawn is Donnie and Kiki 4 year old daughter. Since I still can't use my hands mom had to help me. "Aunt Blue, are you ok? Why do you have to wear mittens?" Raph snaps at his daughter. "Lisa!" I smile. "It's ok. Uhm... yes I am ok." Lisa looks at my hands then her dad who was shaking his head at her. "Aunt Blue is dealing with depression because uncle Leo won't come back home." All of us look at Dawn as she continues to eat as if what she said didn't matter. "What's depression?" Micah asks. "Dawn, we need to talk later." She is definitely her father. "What's depression?" Micah asks again. "Mikey pats his head, don't worry about it, finish your food and we can play video games after." Alice pops in. "Not on a school night, Mikey we talked about this." He groans. "Right, sorry kid, mother says no." Micah pouts. "But you can let me, you don't have to follow that rule." Alice glares at Mikey. "Yes but, I'm deathly terrified of your mother." Alice rolls her eyes and we continue eating. Everyone talk amongst each other, I on the other hand can't stop thinking about Leo, if he's ok, is he eating? Is he hurt? A hand rest on top of mine. "Blue, we will find him." Mom reassured me. "Are you guys going back out to look for Leo tonight?" Their expression and moods change when I mention Leo. "Uh...yeah, right after dinner." I ignore the tension the boys are giving off, Leo grabs on to my arm pointing at his cup that was out of reach. I hang him his drink, Mikey and the others get ups taking their plates to the kitchen and comes back out with bags. "What do you need those bags for. "They're just snacks for us, who knows how long we're out there for. Am I right?" Mikey's says nervously before all three of them rushed out.

"Here, we brought dinner." I rush over opening the bag and stuffing my face. "Come on man, ya need ta come home. Seeing ya like dis is just sad." I look at my brothers listening to them talk as I eat. Mikey sits in front of me with a sigh. "Bro, come home, Blue needs you, if you don't we will bring her down here and have her see what a mess you are." I shake my head. "Don't bring her down here, she can't see me, not like this." I finish my plate. "Thanks for the food, you can go now. We sound like a broken record, give up already, for all of your sake." Raph sets pictures in front of me. "You are our brotha, we won't give up on ya no matter what." I look at the pictures full of kids and our wives. The more I look at them the more I remember. "Sapphire." I point and smile. "She's a daddy's girl. Caesar and Anthony are momma boys, who is this?" Donnie looks. "Oh that's Leo, we call him your twin. He's a literal copy and paste of you. He's quiet like you, Blue named him after you." I look back at the picture. "She had him, without me, she was alone." More memories flood my mind. "I should of been there, but, I wasn't. Blue is going to kill me! I can't go back!" Raph smiles. "There goes the Leo we know and yes you're going back." "No I can't she's going to kill me maybe torture me or worse, the silent treatment! I- I need more time. How could I forget about everyone? Wait...I remember, I remember who poisoned me. I know who took me away. It wasn't the foot, it was someone working for the foot. Shit! I need to get back to Blue, I need to protect them. Mina, Mina is going to kill our family just to get to Oscar and Blue." Raph corrects me. "It's Angel now, not Oscar." I nod apologizing. "It's ok, ya didn't know." I grab my swords. "We're going back."

I lay in the bed wishing Leo was beside me, holding me in his arms. I miss his touch, his smell, his taste, and his voice. "Ugh!" My screams are muffled in the pillow. "Uhm...Blue, you should come downstairs." I follow Angel, curious as to what's going on and why she seems anxious. "What's going on?" I ask her. "Hey Blue." That voice. "Leo? Oh my god, Leo!" I hug him, his arms wrap around me tight as I cry. "I'm sorry, I am so sorry Blue." I pull away. "You left me alone, you left me for 4 years." I bang on his plastron with my fisted hands in frustration. "I know I'm sorry, I didn't have a choice."  I snap. "You always have a choice Leo! You chose to leave instead of staying, you chose to stay away for 4 years. Where did you guys find him?" They shift in their spot. "Uh... we found him... in the sewer. Apparently he's been staying there that whole time." The realization hit me. "You guys knew this whole time?" Mikey breaks. "Leo told us not to tell you." Leo sighs. "Dammit Mikey." I hit his arm. "Again another choice you made without thinking about me and how I would feel. You're unbelievable." "Blue I didn't have a choice, I barely had my memories, I didn't want to hurt you, I didn't want you to see the state that I was in and Mina was probably looking for me and she's after this family. Dammit Blue why can't you see I was trying to protect you?"  The tears fall like water works. "Because you left me Leo! I was alone and scared I thought you were dead! I couldn't live without you. Don't touch me, you can sleep on the couch tonight. I'm going to my room." And that's exactly what I did. Tired from the arguing and the stress I fall onto my bed in tears. Angel came and laid beside me to keep me company.
