Luke was busy writing down questions he had for Three when he heard a knock on the door. But it wasn't from his bedroom door.
It was from the glass door.
He turned his head to see Three standing there, and Luke almost fainted on the spot.
He quickly got up and opened the door. His face blushing like crazy, "Th- Three!" He stuttered out. He leaned on the door to act cool. "I didn't expect to see you here so soon." Luke ran a hand through his hair.
Luke now felt underdressed. Three was here in another punk rock outfit and Luke was in his pjs. (Light blue shirt with long blue plaid pants.)
"Well, I would have given you a call." Three leaned in closer. "But I don't have your number." Three winked.
Luke felt his face go red for the second time tonight. He fakes coughed into his fist.
"How about we talk inside?" Luke moved out of the way and Three entered his room.
Three looked around for a moment as Luke shut the door.
Three turned to him. "It's a nice place you got here." Three looked over to the notebook Luke was writing on earlier. "What's this all about?"
Luke grabbed the notebook at lighting speed. Three looked at him startled on what just happened. Luke now felt a little embarrassed.
"It's um... some questions. I- um..." Luke looked down at the floor.
Three chuckled. "Hey, I don't blame you for wanting to know about things. I did leave after we kissed."
Luke let out a breath he didn't know he was holding in. "That's a relief." Luke face Three again. "I hope you don't mind me asking a few questions then."
Three sat down at the edge of Luke's bed. "Not at all." He patted the empty space next to him for Luke to sit down.
Luke sat down. "Is it true that vampires sometimes eat meat?"
"Yeah, since a lot of meat is still filled with blood, it's safe for us to digest." Three explained. "Although, I won't eat innocent animals."
Luke raised an eyebrow at that.
Three gave him a scoff. "Innocent as in people's pets. Who do you think I am, PETA?"
Luke snickered at Three's joke. He looked down at his notes to ask what question next. "So, I kinda read up on things, to ask you these and the book said vampires hunt in groups."
Three nodded. "Yep. Sometimes it depends but I usually go hunting with my pod. I'm sure they would love to meet you."
Luke felt his heart racing again. "N-next q-question... um... does an uncured vampire bite really turn people into vampires?"
Three's smiled faltered. Luke suddenly felt like he should ask a different question but Three cut him off from doing so. "Depends, were they bitten on the neck? That's what happened to one of my newest podmate Axol, he was attacked and before we knew it, he was turning."
Luke turned his head to look down. Three grabbed his cheek. "Hey, don't beat yourself up, you had no idea about this."
Luke had many more questions, but they all involve the next question he asked. "T-Three are we... dating?"
Three was taken aback by that question. He softly smiled. "Do you want to be?"
Luke nodded his head rapidly. Three chuckled at his silly antics. Luke wasn't sure who leaned in first, but the next thing he knew, they were kissing again.
He wanted to try something. He opened his mouth a little, and Three happily followed through.
There was a knock on the door. "Luke? You still up?" It was Kevin, his brother. Dammit!
"Hide." Luke whispered. Three nodded at turned into a bat and hide under Luke's bed as the door opened with Kevin holding some of Luke's clothes.
"Hey bro." Kevin paused for a second. "You got something on your face."
Luke jolted, he quickly wiped off the drool. Luke looked over at the clock, 10:39. Of course, his bro would still be up.
"Anyways." Kevin said, dragging Luke out of his thoughts. "I just came to drop some stuff off. Goodnight Luke."
"Night." Luke said.
Kevin closed the door all the way and Three, in human form got out under his bed.
"You live with your brother?" Three asked.
Luke nodded. "Yeah, well... I'm not a big fan of living by myself and even then, finding my own place is expensive." He gently scratched his cheek. "My brother has been taking care of me and my younger sister for a long time now."
Three didn't say anything, most likely not knowing what to say.
"Umm anyways." Luke changed looked back down to his notes.
Three stopped him. "Hey, you don't have to ask me every question you have tonight." He slowly cupped Luke's face, his nails touching Luke's jawline.
Luke gulped. "Y-yeah... ok... Can we kiss again?" Luke's face was red again.
Three chuckled. "Yes, of course. Glitchy ~"
Their lips met again. Luke's body felt like it was on fire.
He wouldn't mind spending the rest of entirety with Three.
