Author's note: Okay, now it's back to your regular schedule of gay Mario re-colors.

----------------------------------------------------------------

Friday evening was here, Luke felt his heart beating in excitement. He and Three had plan to meet at Three's place.

Luke had on a more stylish outfit. A royal blue shirt with white suspenders attached to white dress pants and brown shoes he borrowed from Mario. He thought about putting on the necklace Meggy had gave him for a moment before deciding not to, he didn't want to accidently hurt Three.

Luke slid out the glass door. He had told his brother he was going to spend the night at Mario's place, to help out with the project Luke lied about earlier in the week.

It was some ways to Three's place, so Luke was getting a head start. The more time he can spend with Three, the better.

'Why did Three chose to live in the woods?' He couldn't help but wonder. 'Is it because of the vampires living in the city?'

It took Luke about Thirty minutes to enter the woods, he would have been here sooner but due to the area he lived in, he had to take alternative routes to avoid thugs and gangs.

The woods were quiet.

Too quiet...

Luke was so used to the noise in Siclica city that the woods seemed tame in comparison. The only noise he could hear were crickets and the sound of his footsteps.

A bush started to shake, causing Luke to take out his phone and put on the flashlight.

A small brown bunny rabbit hopped out of the bush. Luke let out a sigh of relief. "Oh, thank goodness."

"I know right, imagine if it was a wolf." A voice said behind him.

"Yeah, that would be more -" Luke paused and turned around to see who just talked to him.

It was a woman about around Luke's height with dark skin and curly magenta hair, a heart tattoo under her right eye, she was wearing a short indigo shirt with a city skyline printed on it, wrapped around her waist was a plaid blue-green jacket, she had on black shorts and black combat boots. In her arms was a small white dog, just happy to be here.

"Oh, Jeebus." Luke almost dropped his phone from pure shock. "How- How did you that?"

The woman giggled. "It's a vampire thing, I'm Desti, one of Three's podmates. You must be Luke." She held out her free hand. Luke shook it. "Three's been talking about you all week." She said that last part in a teasing tone.

"H-he... He has!?" Luke's face started to blush. He has it so bad for this man.

"Yep. I was heading back after walking this cutie-pie out for a walk." Desti nuzzled up to the small pooch in her arms. "Come on, I'll show you the way, the forest can be hard to navigate if you're not used to it."

Luke began to follow Desti back to Three's place, his heart pounding in his chest while doing so.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Luke took a moment to take a look at the house when they arrived.

It was a mid-century house with a white wood front porch, brown bricks made up the walls, Luke couldn't see what the roof color was due to it being dark out, and the front door was a dark green.

Desti opened the door, and the small white dog ran inside. She motioned for Luke to go in first.

Luke walked up the stairs, his nerves were at an all-time high. As he entered the house, the smell of cinnamon filled the air.

Desti closed the door behind him. "I'll go get Three for you." She said her smile turned into a smirk. "Knowing him, he probably is still getting ready. You can take a seat on the couch over there."

The couch that Desti was pointing too was nothing to fancy, it was a simple cream couch, big enough to sit at least four people comfortably.

Luke sat down. He felt with his hand that the couch was soft, he wondered if it was recently cleaned.

The small white dog hopped onto the couch and placed their head on Luke's lap and gave him the biggest puppy eyes known to man.

Luke softly chuckled. "Daww, how can I say no to that face?" He scratched underneath the pooch's chin.

Footsteps behind Luke could be heard. He turned his head to see Three, coming the down the stairs, all dressed up in another cool outfit.

Three was wearing a grey shirt with a purple lightning bolt shooting through the middle, black jeans with skull patches on the legs, a dark brown belt and steel-toed boots.

Three smirked. "I see you've met Desti and Eggy." He came over and sat right down right to Luke.

Luke chuckled. "Yeah, she scared the shit outta me though."

Three laughed. "That sounds about right, she's known to do that. She scared me a couple of times when we first started to live together. She would've given me a heart attack if I could have one." Three joked.

Eggy got off of Luke's lap and headed onto the brown reclining chair. The small pup spun around a couple of time before laying down to sleep.

Three leaned in closer to Luke. "How about we head up to my room." He whispered. "She's been having trouble sleeping lately."

Luke felt his face go red. He nodded in agreement.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Wow," Luke sat on the windowsill. "It's beautiful, you can see the stars so brightly out here."

Three chuckled. "Yep, that's why I chose to live out here, can't get stars like this in the city." He moved closer towards Luke. "Although, there's one star I can't see out here." He winked.

Luke felt his face go hot. Three laughed at the fluster state of his boyfriend. "Daww, you so flustered already Glitchy? ~  I haven't even -"

Three was cut off by Luke pulling Three into a kiss. The shock wore off and Three began kissing back.

When they finally let go, Luke was out of breath, his face still pink. "You are such a tease, you know that?"

Three brushed his hand along Luke's cheek. "But you wouldn't have it any other way. Would you?"

Luke leaned into Three's touch. "No, I wouldn't."

The two leaned in for another kiss. Behind them the stars sparkled bright.

Three wished this could last forever.
