"Unnie!" Lisa grinned widely. She saw Irene walking towards the terminal.
"Lili, why are you here? I thought you can't fetch me?" Irene asked, confused.
Lisa pulled her body for a tight hug and kissed her forehead. Irene started to look around, but to her relief, she didn't know any person at the terminal.
She likes that, but she still has to work getting used to PDA.
"Are you alright?" Lisa asked worriedly.
"Yes. I'm just a bit stunned to see you anywhere." Irene giggled.
"Let's have some dinner." Lisa said, smiling from ear to ear.
"Where? At your place or mine? I can cook something ni-"
"At the City." Lisa said with finality.
"What? Uhm. Sorry, Lis. I have to pass on this. The paychecks are just enough for this month." Irene said, embarrassed. She was referring to her father's medication and Yeri's student loan.
"It's all on me." Lisa insisted.
"That doesn't sound right." Irene said.
"Look, unnie, it doesn't have to be really expensive. Trust me. You can cook for me for our next date but give this one to me, please!" Lisa plead.
"Next date? So- tonight is our first date?" Irene asked, smiling.
"As an official girlfriend and girlfriend, yes." Lisa shrugged, acting nonchalant to hide the giddy feeling she's been hiding, not so successfully.
"Okay, Lili. I promised to make it up to you on our next date." Irene agreed. Lisa couldn't contain the smile, and she was smiling from ear to ear.
The two hand in hand walked towards where Lisa had parked her motorbike. Lisa helped Irene to put her helmet, and the latter also assisted Lisa in fixing her helmet.
"Lili, why are you so beautiful?" Irene bluntly asked.
"Unnie, stop." Lisa hid her face with her palms.
"What's wrong? I think I have never been vocal about how you look because I'm afraid that it would sound weird before. But Lili, I want to tell you everyday that you are the most stunning person I ever knew." Irene said sincerely. Lisa felt her cheeks burning.
"Yeri would throw a fit if she heard that." Lisa managed to crack a joke.
"Silly." Irene giggled.
"Hop on, unni- Irene." Lisa said after gulping hard.
"Don't call me unnie, anymore." Irene pouted.
"I prefer baby." Irene grinned.
Lisa's heartbeat was racing extremely fast because of how Irene was acting in front of her.
"I-I was never ready of who are you right now. You're making me blush for these- funny reasons. And I have a big motorbike. It's out of my character that I'm trying to put in display." Lisa admitted with a shy smile.
"You don't have to be anyone when you're with me." Irene simply mumble. Lisa started her engine and couldn't mutter a reply. She was too feeling giddy at the moment.
"Lisa, let's find somewhere else." Irene gulped when she saw the price of the dishes.
"Why, unnie?"
"Have you seen the price? It's expensive!" Irene whispered-shouted.
Lisa chewed the side of her cheeks. This is not even fine dining. This is a semi-above average fast food chain.
"Unn- Irene, you need to calm down." Lisa held her hand.
