1.Delaware
It was December 7th, 1769. America, or as he was known at that time, Thirteen Colonies, 14, was living among the humans in Philadelphia. One day he heard a knock on his door. He opened it, but there was only a baby in a basket. The baby had green eyes and brown hair. There was a note on the baby's stomach, which was covered by a blanket. He grabbed the note and read it. It read:
'Dear Ame,
This child appeared while you were in Delaware earlier today, however, you seemed to not notice. I, for whatever reason, know that you are actually the representation of the colonies. This child represents the colony of Delaware, so I guess that makes him your child. This would also mean that there are probably 12 more. Good luck!
~George'
'George? George who?' Thirteen thought to himself, 'MY CHILD??? NO! SURELY NOT! I'LL BE IN SO MUCH TROUBLE FOR THIS!!!'
Thirteen internally panicked, rubbing his finger over a scar on his shoulder. After a minute or two, he calmed down and grabbed the basket, bringing the child inside. As soon as Thirteen put the basket on the table, Delaware started crying. Fatherly instincts kicked in, and Thirteen somehow knew the child was hungry as he rocked him. Again, he panicked, before realizing he had some milk. He poured it into a cup and carefully fed it to the child. Afterward, Thirteen sat on his loveseat and played with the baby, which he had decided would use the human name Destin, until he heard a knock on the door. Thirteen stood up and looked out the window to see his mother and father. Once again, Thirteen was panicking. His father was sure to kill him for this. Thirteen started crying, but he didn't pay any attention to it as he slowly made his way to the door. He opened it and stood there, Delaware in his arms. France seemed happy to see the young child in Thirteen's arms, before seeing Thirteen crying, where her expression changed to concerned. Britain, on the other hand, had a look of anger.
"Mon fils, what's wrong?" France asked, coming to hug her son, being careful to not hurt the baby in his arms.
"I-I..." Thirteen ran to quickly put Delaware back in the basket before collapsing into France, crying harder.
"Ame, everything will be all right." France comforted her son, brushing her hand through his brown hair as she hugged him again.
"I-I-I d-don't want D-Dad to h-hurt him..." Thirteen said, as soon as he could talk again.
"Oh, mon fils... I'll make sure your father doesn't hurt him. I'm sorry I failed to protect you." France said, glancing at Britain, who sighed.
France let go of Thirteen as he led her and Britain inside, picking up Delaware on his way back to the loveseat. France sat on the couch closer to her son, while Britain sat on the other side of her.
"So... Thirteen... I was going to take you to Vison with us... But surely not now. Not like this." Britain explained.
"Where's Vison?" Thirteen asked, curious.
"It's a place where all the countries live. Colonies are not allowed except for during very rare occasions. That's why we raised you and Canada back and forth between Paris and London until you were ready to live among your people." France explained.
Thirteen nodded as Britain continued explaining, "Vison asked to meet some of our colonies, so we thought we'd bring you and Canada, along with French Guiana and Saint-Domingue. Spain said he was bringing New Spain and Peru while Portugal was going to bring Brazil and his new colony Portuguese Timor. Netherlands is bringing Cape Colony and Suriname. It looks like I'll have to bring Bahamas instead."
