I fear the end is near

A gunman walks into a school ,shoots 8 students and 2 teachers.A girl and her friend kidnaps and completely beats up and murders another girl because she suspects that her boyfriend and this girl have something going on.A girl is abducted and kept hostage ,she was raped, impregnated,beat up and tortured.She lost years of her life to her abductor until she finally managed to escape.3 little kids walking to school gets rammed by truck, instantly killing them.These are but some of the incidents that has occured in the past and when I reflect on them and many many more horrible incidents,I get this feeling of emptiness.It Is a constant pattern and a clear indication that humanity has completely lost themselves.The leaders of our country and many others will not try and inspire people to be kind ,to be compassionate and spread love,but they will endorse 250 million rands towards building a stadium because thats what our country needs right now.

People have so little regard for the lives of others,they have so much hatred and jealousy and Rage that it simply overcomes any good they might have.Fighting ,murdering , assaulting,lying and hundreds of other ways to harm the next person are being taken on by humanity.There are good people out there,that want to do the right thing,and help others and are trying to make the world a better place.Then there are people who commit vile and heinous crimes against their fellow man.We can fight over race,we can fight over money,we can fight over politics,we can fight over who is boss but it won't change the fact that we as people cannot co-exist.We destroy each other,whether intentionally or unintentionally.Recently there was a little girl who was being abused by her bigger sister and her boyfriend.They would bang her fingers with a hammer and hurt her using a vice grip,there were scars all over her scalp and body and it really was an awful site.Even your own family can destroy you and think nothing of it.

People fail to understand,that this earth on which we live,this world as it turns ,is for all of us,it is for all of us to live in.No matter how much we fight and murder and hurt each other,it will not change the fact that this world belongs to everybody regardless of any futile reason or quarrel.Our actions against each other is part of why we are destroying the place that all of us are meant to live in.Imagine if the world were to end ....All of us would either be scattering trying to survive it,or preparing for the end,your neighbours that you avoid because they're black ,won't matter then.Who the president is won't matter then,nothing will matter then.So why?Of course no matter what I say ,there will always be people that are racists,or have the desire to murder and hurt people,or have the desire to sell drugs and hurt hundreds of people's homes .....I can't change the world.All I can do is encourage and ask people to help me do it.It is just sad that people have lost themselves to this extent,where your kids can't even ride their bicycles to school because of the predators around or the odd unconscious driver.I truly and firmly believe that man destroys what he discovers.He either destroys or finds a way to monetize the discovery.Of course I'm branching off here into another topic altogether, because there are heinous crimes being committed against each other but also to that of earth and animals.In our country Rhinos are endangered,our wildlife is something our country is famous for.We have hoards of poachers hunting and barbarically ripping off their horns and leaving them to die mercilessly.Their horns are worth a lot of money,and sometimes there are bad people in this world who do not care who or what they have to harm in order to get what they want or to be rich.The fact that ,that rhino was a life form,with a body and nose and eyes.That it was a beautiful creature that deserves as much respect as any other living thing on this earth mean jack shit to them.All of this aids in the earth rotting at it's core because of man and his actions .

My daughter literally comforts me when I cry and tells me don't worry,she's 3 years old.She strokes my head and face in a soothing manner and gives me a sort of protection where I feel completely invincible.That is the purity of children.They aren't born racists or judgemental.They are often conditioned and learn these idealogies from their parents.If we behaved how kids behaved towards each other and towards our earth,the world would be a beautiful, peaceful and harmonious place.Its even sad to compare how things were and how things are now.Back then children could walk to the nearby tuckshop alone and buy ice lollies and chips.Now they can get kidnapped or worse.We could share our food and have real conversations.Now everyone shares their lives online,and connect through the phone.Now they dont care about anything except how they look to the world and how much the world likes them.Now the youth doesn't have an incentive to get a job or do something meaningful,now they want to eat extremely hot food or play pranks on each other on video for YouTube to make their living.Part of why people are so ugly to each other and have a don't care attitude towards everything is because the evolution of technology has led youngsters astray.Everything they see and hear online is like gospel to them and they simply have to be like the guys on tik tok.I could rant and rave for years about what's wrong with our world and humanity but I only fear that it is going to get worse.I am grateful for the fact that i appreciate and admire our earth and it's people.That I have a natural sense of compassion and understanding.That I don't judge or have any I'll thoughts of the next person.

The end of our lives is inevitable,we are all going to die someday.However the end of humanity itself ,is something humans seem to be working really hard on.Its either they are ignorant and do not see the part they are playing in speeding up the process of ruin and destruction,or they are aware and don't care either way.Either way,we can all safely say that the simplicity of life back then compared to now was more peaceful and more accommodating.Before the tik toks and the Instagrams,before the texting and sexting,before there were non binary and binary,before there were 3D tv's and before the Kardashians,there was a simple peace.Im not saying war and racism didn't exist back then,but the intensity of the problems we faced seemed more manageable then as compared to now.I mean it seems as though there is total anarchy in the world,the strangest incidents have occured in history that none of us ever thought would happen.I mean ,who ever thought Donald trump would be president,or that there would be a life threatening illness like covid 19 that would force us all into quarantine?But you know what ?it happened.All of these strange changes and evolution happened.We have evolved into something else,a rediculous yet intriguing species.A species that can successfully land on the moon but also a species that has billionaires paying 250k a piece to go into a submarine to explore the titanic and instead implodes under the ocean.See?We are a amazing yet stupid species.There is a certain uniqueness to us.Why people won't embrace that and each other's differences instead of having a constant ploy to destroy each other is beyond me.They either want to destroy each other or the planet and it's life forms.Theres no winning.All I can advise ,is that we all be a little nicer to each other,embrace each other's differences and flaws even if we don't understand them.
