Department of Extra-normal Operations

"Well, now, Director Danvers," Lockwood addressed Alex. He was holding the truth seeker in his right hand. He glanced down at it, "It's time for your interrogation." He turned away and walked into an interrogation room. Alex followed him in, and then set her hand into the tank with the truth seeker. She closed her eyes from the tingling feeling it brought her when it wrapped itself around her arm. "And now we shall begin. What is your name, and how long have you been working at the D.E.O?"

"My name is Alex Danvers, and I have been working here for six years. Long enough to be appointed as the Director," Alex answered in a very statistical sounding voice.

"Yes, appointed by former Director J'onn J'onzz. A Green Martian. Alien. Roach," Ben replied. His use of words annoyed Alex. "An Alien as Director of the D.E.O. No wonder it's fallen so far. No wonder the D.E.O agreed to have Supergirl work here," he sighed. "He is the corruption and he should never have been Director."

"Just like you shouldn't be Secretary?" Alex remarked boldly. She snarled and shrugged, "See? We all have our different opinions." She leaned closer to Lockwood and prodded, "You should be rotting in a prison. You talk big game on the rights of humans, but just today, you tried to strip me of my own. A human." Alex raised her eyebrows and added in a light voice, "And James Olsen? You had your ridiculous cult put him at gun point to force him to do things he would never do. You tried to make another human," Alex made sure to exaggerate, "go against his own morals in order to kill Supergirl."

Lockwood slammed his hand down and pointed at Alex, "And in return of not killing her then, Supergirl almost killed him and everybody he worked with this morning! And then she kidnapped him! Or maybe," he raised his eyebrows and slowly pulled away from the table, "Maybe she's already killed him."

"Or maybe you're too stuck up to see that Supergirl would never hurt anyone!" Alex shook her head and yelled. "She saved James' life! Whoever actually attacked the White House and whoever actually attacked at Catco, wasn't her! She wouldn't spend four years of her life saving people just to start terrorizing them!" Alex shouted.

"She was betrayed! She didn't like the repeal of the Alien Amnesty Act, so she acted on it!" Lockwood yelled furiously, "But, of course, you wouldn't believe that because she's your sister!"

"I had no idea that Kara was Supergirl before you walked in here like you owned the place and tried arresting me!" Alex clenched her jaw and no idea was very long compared to the rest of her words. "I know Supergirl didn't terrorize anyone because I'm not blinded by this ridiculous hatred for aliens!" Alex said in a higher, sarcastic voice, "Aliens this, aliens that. Oh my god, their so bad-!" She looked over to Lockwood, "but the aliens you hate so much have saved countless lives! They've brought technology, the same technology that you intended to use to ambush Supergirl! Technology that has helped people."

"The technology they've brought here has KILLED people! I only intend to use alien technology ON AN ALIEN!" Lockwood was tense from all the back and forth yelling, "And might I add! Tons of aliens have killed people!"

Alex slammed the table and looked Lockwood in the eyes, "PEOPLE HAVE KILLED PEOPLE! Get rid of the aliens, nothing will ever change," she shook her head. "And alien technology, human technology, it doesn't make a difference. When used in the wrong hands, it can be used to harm."

"Humans and their technology do not compare to aliens and their technology," Lockwood stated firmly.

"What do you call guns?!" Alex abruptly pointed out. "Or atomic bombs?!" She continued in anger, "Guns have killed tons of people, and so have bombs," Alex was extremely frustrated. "When used in the wrong hands, the wrong HUMAN hands, tons have died. You can't blame that on the aliens. In fact, you should be thanking them, especially Supergirl." Alex titled her head and questioned, "Do you know how many bombs Supergirl has stopped? How many times National City has almost been obliterated?" Alex raised her eyebrows, "Of course you don't. Because she always made sure it didn't happen!"
