Your POV:
I woke up this morning feeling absolutely shit but I'll just shake it off; I'm sure it's nothing. I go up to the training deck and see Jay already waiting for me. "Alright minum, you ready to train?"
"Ready than I'll ever be" I replied. Jay started throwing lightning strikes at me and I was dodging them really well until I activated my forcefield and I got hit with a dizzy spell. I stood and rubbed my face with my hands, waiting for it to pass.
"You okay sis?" Jay asked.
"Y - yeah completely fin-". All I saw was black.
Jay's POV:
Training with y/n is going really well but now shes stood with her face in her hands and she doesn't look too good. "You okay sis?" I asked.
"Y - yeah completely fi-" . Y/n collapsed to the floor so I quickly picked her up and rushed her to Zane ans Sensei Wu.
"What has happened Jay?" Sensei questioned as I burst through the door.
"We were just training when y/n collapsed after activating her forcefield" I explained.
"I'll look in the smoke to find the cause. Zane, can you please take y/n to the medical bay and hook her up to the IV machines?"
"Yes Sensei ". Zane and I walked down the hallway to the medical bay where he started hooking y/n up to the machines so we could keep an eye on her. A few momens later, Sensei came in; having found the cause.
"It seems", he said, "that your sister has been doing secret training sessions of her own when the rest of us are asleep. The cause is mainly because she has drained her physical state from overusing her element. However, a contributing factor is lack of sleep".
Just then, I heard a sound coming from y/n so I turned around and saw her sat up in the bed, rubbing her head. "Hey sis, how are you feeling?"
"Bad" she said.
"You need rest. But before you go back to sleep, promise me something?" I asked.
"Okay" y/n murmured.
"No more secret training sessions" I pleaded. Y/n nodded her head and started lying down as I made my way towards the door.
"Jay"
"Mmh"
"Can you stay with me?" Y/n asked sleepily.
"Sure" I agreed then sat next to her on the bed as she laid her head on my shoulder.
"Night big bro " y/n yawned.
"Night minum". I watched as her breath slowed and her slumped back on the pillow. Thank god my baby sister is okay.
