The Women I Admire

I'll admit I've admired many a woman,
From the way they hold themselves, to their innate beauty,
I admire the strength you find, the kind you only find in a woman,
I admire them all from the lovers I've had to the ones who raised me,
I thank the Divine's for allowing me to walk the stretches I have side by side with them,
Oh there are not words I am privy to for the emotions they inspire,
Truly from my Mother who tilted my chin up and instructed me to hold my head high,
To my Grandmothers who handed me a brush and taught me everything I know about art,
Then the woman who taught me what love was for the first time,
Finally to the girl who hugged me when I cried on the floor,
I admire them all.
