NINE

The students in the main dining area all circled around, the second the gunshot went off.

I was lying on the floor holding my arm, pressing the wound so i wouldn't bleed to death. I got shot in my arm by one of the demons and fuck, it hurted. It's my first time being shot in my life and the blood was just pouring down my arm.

''Fuck!'' I managed to get out of my mouth. ''WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING?!'' I heard a deep voice yell. I looked up and in front of me stood noah. He was now facing the demons, standing between us. I quickly felt someone holding me, it was Oli. My eyes were tearing up cause of the pain.

''Get out!'' Noah yelled at the demons. ''Your father told us you were getting distracted.'' ''Then the motherfucker should come here himself. What? You're just gonna hurt the entire school then?''

''His orders.''

I was loosing to much blood at this point that i was feeling dizzy. Oli let go of me and stood next to Noah. ''What the fuck are you doing.'' I hear noah say to Oli. I saw Oli looking around and then nodding to Charlie and Damien.

They get the students to go to their dorms, after that Damien comes and takes Noah away from here.
''Dude-'' ''Dude? Really? No. She can't take them.'' Noah said, i could hear the worry in his voice even tho they haven't spoken in weeks.

''It's mikey. He's scared, I'm a moon prince i'll fight them off don't worry'' Noah ran up the stairs as Damien ran up to me.

''Baby i'm here okay, your gonna be okay i promise'' He lifted me up. ''And what is a little girl like yourself gonna do?'' I turned my heads and saw Oli standing in front of them.

Oli's eyes turned red. ''You're- You're''

Oli then threw a fireball, knocking one over and thats when Damien ran up stairs with me in his arms. I passed out from bloodlost before we reached the dorms.

I woke up in a soft bed with pink blankets. I assumed we were in Oli's room. I sat up using support of my hands but i got a sting shot up my arm. ''Fuck'' I hissed from the sting.

''Baby?'' I heard damien voice. I looked to me left and saw him getting of a chair running to me. He jumped on the bed and gave me a deep kiss. ''I was so worried, you were passed out for more then a hour'' I chuckel.
''I'm fine baby don't worry about me''

I layed on his chest as he hugged me and stroked my back. I know he was probaly worried as fuck and i love him so much, you can see that he actually cares about me.

''I do wonder why did those demons shoot you so suddenly?'' He looked down, put his hand under my chin and lifted my head so i was facing him. ''They were asking questions about where Noah was, and i knew where he was but i thought if i told them they would hurt him and Oli was also in the dorm.'' He sighed.

he knows i put others before myself. He thinks i should put myself for others and he is right, i just can't for some reason. Some people are more important to me especially in this school.

I have nothing to fight for. I am not a princess, I don't have any siblings, no kingdom, Only my mom. I do have to fight for my mom. I love her.

Now that i think about it. I have to keep fighting for my friends, Oli, Charlie, Mikey, Noah, and most of all my lovely boyfriend Damien. He shows me love everyday and i could never repay for his kindness.

I took my bandage off and saw my wound stitched up. But it was also healing. my skin was slowely getting together like i was never shot.

''Who healed me?'' I asked Damien. ''Noah did, he is the only one of us that knows how to heal others correctly but he did say it would take some time, seeing that it is hell magic'' I nodded. I didn't know Night's could heal.

I am just happy that i am with my boyfriend right now. He lifted my face again and kissed me again on my lips.

''I love you Joy.''

''I love you too Damien.''
