TWENTY FOUR

I fall to the ground to avoid getting hit.

Once I look I see who it is. Ellie again.

''What the actual fuck Ellie?!'' I stand up. Everyone is circling around us.

''What is you're fucking problem with me?! what do you want?!'' She laughs like a maniac. God I hate it when she laughs.

''Oh dear I don't need anything, I just want you guys to stop lying to everyone!''
''Lying about what?''. She didn't react with word but with an other lethal spel.

I defend myself with my magic shield. I look around for Oli but instead I find Damien, looking at me with shock. I looked confused at him and before I could say something I get an other spell thrown at me.

''Ellie stop with this are you crazy?!'' she laughs again. ''don't act like you're so innocent aswel Joy, we both know you're also a lying bitch.'' I throw a light ball her way but she shields it.

We both catch our breath. My legs were shaking. I looked around again, where are the teachers when you need them?

Ellie smirks as she sees that I'm already getting tired. ''So tired already Joy? I wonder why.''

''Back off Ellie she has nothing to do with this!'' Finally Oli comes to the rescue. She runs over to me, checking if I'm good.

''I'm fine Oli don't worry'' I gave her a rest assuring smile. She turns around again, standing in front of me and hold my hand.

Ellie walks in a circle as we walk along.

''She doesn't even know how to do magic Ellie!''

''But you do, don't you?''

She has some nerve to do this in front of the entire school.

''See, I couldn't picture it. You're so perfect all the fucking time Olivia, what magic would suit you, other than fucking light of course.''

I can feel Oli's breath getting heavier as she is still holding on to me.

Ellie doesn't actually know, right? Maybe she's doing this for some joke which isn't funny.

Again Ellie throws some lethal spells this way But Oli blocks them all. I look at the colour of her shield, it's still white. Being a light fairy is just her cover up. If people saw the real colour of her shield, They would all figure out that she is from the fire kingdom.

''Awh, why don't you show us where you're from Olivia?'' She laughs.

''You're sick Ellie, truly sick.'' I yell at her from behind Oli. ''Enough Ellie.'' Oli says.

''Not enough. You're lying to everyone''

Oli squeezes my hands. ''I'm good, don't worry bout me keep your eyes on Ellie.'' I whisper and she nods.

Ellie throws more spells our way, Oli blocks them all and circle's around her. We are now on opposite sided.

''All this over some guy?! Seriously?!''

''He's not a stupid guy Olivia. And above that, you don't deserve him. You're lying.''

Oli shakes her head.

''You don't know what it's like.'' ''What it's like to have everything?! You have great power, great family history, a friend group who would kill for you and the perfect guy!!! Your life is all I wanted!''

''That's not my life Ellie.'' Well with only 5 words Oli managed to make Ellie even more angry. With that Ellie turned my way. Fuck.

Ellie threw a spell my way. ''No!'' I hear Oli but I am already closing my eyes and holding my hands in front of me. But the spell didn't hit me? I opened my eyes and saw Oli with here wings out...she protected me form the spell, but her eyes were glowing.

I looked around and everyone looked in shock, They know now. They know that Oli is the long lost fire princess.

She drops to the ground as I try to get her up, but someone pulls me away. It was Damien.

''Wait Damien- Oli- She's.'' ''You can't help her if you end up hurt.'' With that we stood with the rest.

''Damien we should get the other students out of here c'mon.'' I grab Mikey and Char with me and try to get everyone out.

''Get it moving people! cmon get out!'' Mikey yells and students started moving. ''Move your asses kids.'' Damien also yelled.

''Char c'mon let's find the guards.'' I grab Char's hand and we run outside.

''Joy i see them!'' She takes my hands and we run up to them.

''Wow wow ladies, what's wrong?'' They have been here the whole time and haven't noticed students running out? This school really has to hire new people.

''Ellie, a student is attacking an other student in the ballroom!'' ''Wait what?'' I rol my eyes. ''You can't understand two students are fighting?'' They just look at each other.

''C'mon!'' Char says and we all run after her back to the ball room.

When we enter I can see Oli lying on her back in agony and Ellie right in front of her.

Right before we stepped in someone stops them.

''Stop.''

Noah stood between them.

Everyone stops in their tracks, even the students who were trying to leave.

''Either you burn to the fucking ground, or you let the guards take you Ellie.'' He points towards the guards who were standing behind us.

I'm shocked.

Shocked that Noah stands up for Oli, even when he knows that Oli lied to him.

''But- she-''

''She'll kill you if you continue.''

The guards finally walk up and take Ellie away. Even when they reach the exit you could still hear Ellie screaming to let her go.

I look back and see Noah help Oli get up. But I can see that Noah was hurt.

There is a long eye contact between them. I can tell that they aren't talking with words but still seem to communicate without.

''Joy'' I look behind me and see Damien and Mikey.

''We have to talk.'' Damien pulls my arm.

''Noah!'' I look back and see Noah leaving Oli and up the stairs. ''Damien wait.''

I walk to the side and stop Noah in his tracks.

''Joy, let me thru.'' He was clearly angry and sad at the same time.

''Noah, before you do something you'll regret just think about why she did it.''

He didn't say anything and just walked passed me. I look back at Oli and see her on the verge of bursting out.

I run up to her and take her in my arms.

''It's okay. It's going to be okay Oli.''

She bursts out crying so much that she crashes on the floor. I crash with her and let her cry on my shoulder.

Char, Mikey and Damien also come and embrace Oli.

We all know how much she loves him. But we also know how much she regrets keeping it a secret from him.

But how do you tell the enemy who you are when you are in love with them?
