"What you got for me Cisco?" Barry asked over the comms as Wells, Cisco and I sat at the monitors. Barry the past few days has been doing a lot of saving, that didn't involve metas. All of us know something off with him, but can't figure out what yet.

I'm now halfway through my mini-retirement, and can't wait to start running again.

"You've been playing Good Samaritan all morning take a break. Are you sure you don't wanna come back here? Give your girlfriend here your attention? She's very bored without her superhero privileges,"

"Hey! I get attention, and I and Harry have been sitting developing Zoom plans thank you very much so we have been productive, right Harry?" I argued.

"She is correct, we can't afford to waste any more time," Harry moaned.

"What? Cause we have been sipping Mi Tis since you got here," Cisco retorted, and I felt a sense of relief not being sat between the two of them.

"I don't know what you've been sipping since I got here but Barry needs to get better, stronger, faster. We need to train to prepare him for Zoom. Especially while Sammy here is healing, she already has a leg up on him with her new powers."

"Don't call me Sammy," I pointed at him with an annoyed expression on my face.

"Oh, I see. You haven't had your coffee this morning." Cisco then proceeded to take a sip of his coffee to annoy Wells.

"I had my coffee this morning. Don't slurp. Don't. Don't. Don't," Can you guess what Cisco did? He proceeded to slurp.

We then all heard the monitors beep, which rushed us from the previous conversation.

"Runaway chemical transport truck heading South on Keister," Cisco announced.

"On it," Barry replied and he was on it. It felt weird not being on the scene helping, but helping from behind the desk. I was missing all the action.

A few minutes into the action, Barry was on the comms "I can't stop the truck somebody's rigged it."

"You can't let that truck crash. If you do, you'll take out a whole city block," Way to state the obvious Cisco but that doesn't help Barry now does it?

"Great. Thank you. Thank you for that," I felt Barry's frustration.

"Oh, and the plot thickens," I pull up the schematics and see a dead end coming up.

"Barry it's a dead end you gotta get out of there," We all patiently waited, hoping for a good outcome from this.

"That was a little too close for comfort," Relief brushed over us all as he said that.

"Nice. Now can you please, please take a break," Cisco begged.

"We can have a lunch date if you do..." I suggested to prompt him to stop.

"Deal," He yelled, making me smile a little.

"How's that for training?" Cisco smugly said.

"Great." Harry simply replied, gripping his notebook.

"Look, we're gonna catch Zoom. We got Turtle locked up in the pipeline. All we got to do is use him to figure out how to steal Zooms speed, and then we'll get your daughter back," Cisco listed.

"That might take longer than we thought," Jay said as he walked in with Caitlin.

"Why is that?" Harry asked.
