CHAPTER 2

HAMZA

"Finally we three are together now..." my friend shahzain chirped happily.

I looked at my other side to see Adarsh"Says the one who left"snapped as expected.

He was sulking that we both left him I joined college and shahzain was abroad,but now we are back.

"I didn't left I just took a break from everything to learn about business " Shazu defended himself " yeah whatever" rolling his eyes Adarsh mumbled.

"Both of you stop now" I told them with a irritated look, "wait you are the one who left us first" they both chimed in unison.We are not going there again.

"I left for London, just because my dad insisted me.." i tried to explain.

"Or we can just say forced?" Shahzain has the most unfiltered mouth.

"Listen I joined engineering because I was interested in it at a particular time and now I'm not anymore" I nonchalantly said and deliberately left the London part why I left suddenly, please don't bring up London "Chill Nijju now we all are in Same college "Arsh announced happily.

Shahzain, Adarsh and I are bestfriends since childhood we never feel eachother has friends more like a family, they are my neighbours, class mates, bestfriends,teamates everything. And yes this 16 year old friendship will continue through college too ,we have joined the same college.

And yes I left my engineering college after 1 year because i didn't find it intriguing they were teaching what I learnt from my uncle at 8, so I left it .

And i just can't stay there sitting in a classroom, feeling guilty about the person,who wanted the same thing,they just couldn't make it because of me...

I want something interesting something to occupy my mind always.
To keep the silence at bay I don't need it .I have no more intention to bear it anymore.

My therapist would be the happiest person if he's here!

"So why are joining a college?" Adarsh questioned shahzain mockingly.

Knowing that he was not at all interested in college"What do you mean?I can't join my friends for college ? You are breaking my heart Arsh...." shazu replied dramatically placing a hand on his chest.He has only plans for business and he is good at it too.

It feels werid that you are friends with a model, who's serious face pasted on the whole billboards of the city.

And yet he behaves as a three year old infront of you!

He has plans for taking up his family business but his parents didn't allow him to work without a college degree.
After 12th he convinced them to stay abroad to learn about business for 6 months and later he can join a college and that turned into a year. that's why he didn't joined a college last year.

And Adarsh he has plans to join a university in US to study medicine but ,he had met with an accident just a week before the exam,so he took a drop to try colleges in India.

And at last three of us are joined The
Deccan Medical College,phew!! I never thought I will join the college which I grew up seeing daily. And it hold so many memories of my childhood which I don't intend to recall.

Yes the college is ours my dad is the Chairman of The Deccan Educational Institutions around the country ,but the medical College has a different director that's my uncle DR.Khader Ahmed. Because my dad thought he will do his best in that field and my uncle established our college as one of the top medical Colleges in our country from last 20 years.
