A couple hours have passed, and Yuki is sitting in his temporary bedroom that was given to him by Quercus. He sat on a chair as he had his phone brought up to his ear.

"Hi, this is W. If you are hearing this, then I'm probably busy. Go ahead and leave a message and just maybe I'll reply."

"Of course." Yuki let out an exasperated sigh as he put his phone away.

*Knock knock*

"Mr Yuki. The pub is closed now." Susie's muffled voice came from the other side of the door.

"Coming." He lazily got up out of his seat and walked out of the room. "So, are you finally gonna tell me why you called me out to meet you?"

"Yes of course." Susie had a bright smile on her face as she pulled a dagger out from behind her.

Her hands tightly gripped the dagger as it began to glow a slight pink as blue flecks of electricity licked out from the blade. Soon enough, she had loosened the grip on her hands and the dagger ever so slightly hovered in the air. The brighter the dagger glowed, the higher it began to hover in the air.

"Wow." Yuki said in a neutral tone as he watched the blade.

"Eh?" Susie had a confused expression on her face. "What? Aren't you surprised that I can do that?" The blade began to glow brighter as the flecks of electricity grew in more intensity.

"Um, Susie, you might want to check the dagger." He said as he pointed at the now fully electrified blade.

"Oh. U-Umm..." Susie closed her eyes as she let out a deep breath. The dagger began to return back to its regular colour as it dropped back into her hand. "I'm sorry. I'm still having control over it."

"Don't worry. That was amazing to begin with." Yuki gave her a soft smile. "I really didn't know your arts would develop like that."

"Eh, wait, so you are surprised?"

The Snake boy chuckled as he saw her confused expression. "Of course, I was. I was just testing you on how much control you had over it. Congratulations for being able to even do such a thing. Not everyone can do that you know." He placed his hand on Susie's pink hair as he began to pat it.

This prompted the pink Do-Cat to let out a cute giggle. "Hey, you're gonna mess up my hair."

"Haha, sorry." He raised both hands up in defence. "So, how's about getting a new weapon for you?"

"Are you sure? You don't have to do such a thing." Susie had a sheepish smile plastered on her face.

"I'm sure. This dagger isn't supposed to be use as a floating arts unit. Even though it can, I isn't the best at doing that."

Quercus who had just finished the final touches to closing the Green Spark walked up the stairs and locked eyes with Yuki.

"Hey Yuuuki,~" Quercus grabbed Yuki by the arm.

"Yes?"

"Come to my room, you still owe me a massage." Quercus wore a tired expression.

"Hey! Quercus are you drunk?" Susie grabbed Yuki's other arm,

"Far from it." Quercus had a slight smile on her face as she pulled him into her room. "C'mon."

The next morning Yuki walked out of his bedroom and let out a tired yawn, his hair all messy and unkempt.

"Morning Yuki." Quercus greeted him from downstairs. "We won't be opening our pub today because it's that time of week again. So come on and eat up."

As Yuki walked down to the empty pub, he saw a table with a suitable amount of food for two people.

"You made all this?" He tiredly sat down at the table.

"Hum...And here I thought you were a morning person." Quercus muttered to herself.

"...Name one morning person you know." Yuki deadpanned.

"Umm..." She ponders on the thought for a second. "Me."

The snake boy only gave her a look that said 'really?'

"Let's just start eating." She quickly sat down as if their previous conversation didn't just happen.

"Right." Yuki begins to eat the food that Quercus had prepared earlier.

"Y'know, with your bed hair, your hair looks even more poofy than normal" Quercus giggled to herself.

"Ahh, is it now?" Yuki began to fiddle with his hair.

"Haha, it's like you've truly become a Liberi now."

*Jingle*

"Good morning, Miss Quercus, Mister Yuki." In came Susie as she put her bags down.

"Good morning, Susie." Quercus had an amused expression on her face as she watched Yuki try to fix his hair.

"Haha Yuki, you have a bad case of bed hair?" Susie giggled as she sat down next to him.

"Eh, its fine I don't mind." He gave up on trying to fix his hair. "I'll deal with it later."

After they finished their breakfast, they got ready for the day and Yuki and Susie was waiting at the front door.

"Quercus. You ready to head out!" Yuki called out to Quercus who was still getting ready to head out.

"Yeah, hold on." Quercus rushes down the stairs, purse in hand. "Right, shall we go now?"

"Alright, onwards to the shopping district!" Susie had a happy stride in her walk as she pointed in the direction of the shopping district.

As they arrived, there were many people who were all browsing the stores from the glass displays. There were many types of stores that could be seen around the area. Stores ranging from Jewellery stores to clothing stores. Both Susie and Quercus both had their attentions fully focused on the display cases of such items.

As for Yuki, he had his attention elsewhere. He was looking through the decently filled street for any suspicious individuals. The thought of Yuki's attacker still ever presents in his mind.

"Yuki, what are you doing? Come on." Quercus dragged Yuki deeper into the shopping district. "I don't get many days off so come on. I want to make the most out of this day."

"Mr Yuki, come on! let's go here." Susie was pointing to a clothing store.

"Did you forget why we're even here?" Yuki said as he walked into the store with Susie and Quercus.

"Of course not." Susie replied. "But we have to check out these stores. It's a waste if we don't."

"Fair enough I guess." He replied as he browsed some of the clothes displayed but soon gives up and leans along one of the walls of the store.

Within five minutes, the pair of felines return to Yuki with two bags being held by each of the girls. "Alright, we're ready."

"That was rather quick. What'd you even get?"

"Now now. That's a secret." Quercus replied as she walked out of the store.

Yuki tilted his head in confusion as he heard this. "...Okay?"

"Ahem...Yuki lead the way." Susie said as they all stood idly outside the clothing store.

"Yup, just follow me." Just as Yuki was going to walk off, a distant glint of something metallic caught his eye.

"Hm? What is it Yuki?" Susie followed his line of sight only to see nothing out of the ordinary.

"It's nothing." He replied as he began to walk to their destination. "That's a different scent." He muttered quietly to himself.
