Five had woken up, hungover but he was alive. "When's it supposed to happen?" Luther asked after he had explained why he had come back. "This...apocalypse."

"I can't give you the exact hour, but...from what I could gather we have four days left." Five answered.

"Why did you say something sooner?" Luther asked.

"It wouldn't have mattered."

"Of course it would. We could've banded together and helped you to try and stop this thing." Talia said.

"For the record, you already tried. Yes, even you Talia." This confused the two.

"What do you mean?" Luther asked.

"I found all of you. Your bodies." Five said, him mind reminding him of the scene he had come upon when he time traveled all those years ago.

"We die?" Talia asked.

"Horribly. You were together. Trying to stop whoever it was that ends the world."

"Wait how do you know that?"

"This was clutched in your dead hand when I found you." Five said before tossing the eye to Luther. "Must've ripped it out of their head right before you went down."

"Whose head?"

"Like I said, I don't know."

"Well, there's a serial number on the back. Think maybe you could try-"

"No, that's a dead end. It's just another hunk of glass." Five sighed as he took the eye back. Suddenly the door slammed open and Diego rushed in.

"Piece of shit. Do you have any idea what you just did?" He said charging for five. Luther held him back. "Nope, let me- get your ape hands off of me!"

"I can do this as long as it take you to calm down." Luther said as he suspended Diego in the air.

"Fine." Diego panted.

"Now, what's wrong?" Talia asked walking over to Diego.

"Our brothers been pretty busy since he got back. He was in the middle of the shootout at Griddy's, then at Gimble brothers, after the guys in mask's attacked the academy, looking for him."

"None of which is any of your concern."

"It is now. They just killed my friend."

"Patch?" Talia whispered under her breath. Talia sighed, she knew how much patch had meant to Diego. When they were together she would even make jokes as if the two were in a relationship because of how close they were. Talia didn't know what to do in the moment so all she did was hold Diego's hand to show him some comfort, he didn't let go.

"Who are they, Five?" Luther asked turning to the younger looking old man.

"They work for my former employer. A woman called the handler. She sent them...to stop me. Then, soon as Diego's friend got in their way, well, fair game." Five said and Talia remembered what one of them said when she was in the clothing store.

"They were in that retail store, when I showed up they said something about collateral then started shooting at me."

"Well now, their my collateral. And I'm gonna see to it they pay."

"That would be a mistake, Diego. They've killed people far more dangerous than you." Five told Diego as he started to walk out.

"Yeah, we'll see about that." Talia sighed as she went after Diego.
