Talia sat in the recording studio as she reread her lyrics. Something was off, she didn't know what, but one of the lyrics wasn't fitting right. "Show me all the parts you hold close to your chest. I'll take all the parts of you your loved ones..." She sighed she couldn't figure out the next word. "Forget?"
"Detest?" Allison said as she walked in holding coffees.
"Ugh I love you." Talia told her as she took the coffee from her and took a sip.
"I still don't understand why you're killing your self over this song. You've been here overnight."
"My manager told me the label wanted an album by Wednesday it's Monday. I need one more song to make it an album." She said. "So, how's little ole Claire?"
"She's doing great. Started preschool today, didn't want me to leave."
"Tantrum?"
"Oh yeah, I thought that they were gonna call CPS cause she screamed bloody murder."
"Damn. As much as I love Claire, I'm glad I don't have kids. Less stress."
"I still think you're gonna want kids. Guarantee you'll have kids by thirty...two maybe thirty three."
"Wanna bet on it."
"Sure I get to be god mother if you have kids before you're thirty four."
"You we're gonna be godmother anyway."
"Really?!"
"Don't act surprised."
"Uhm, lemme think. Oh! I get to decorate the nursery and any bedroom of theirs after that."
"I'll allow it."
"Good, now get back to song writing so we can go get actual food and not just coffee." Allison said before leaving the recording booth to let Talia focus.

Diego turned on the radio in the empty boxing building. He needed a moment to himself and he liked training by himself when they were closed. He had his police radio also out in case anything happened. "Skylar Holt released a single today. She named it romanticise this, but she also said that her new album will have fourteen tracks and one of them is called 'White Noise'."
"I'm excited to hear that one, but let's listen to her newest release first."
"It's the same old story
And the same look in my eye
Don't pretend you see me
It only serves me right
I won't go slowly
He said, "Won't you call me one more time?"
If you insist
God forbid that I romanticise this" Diego heard. He knew this one wasn't about him since he left her. He had a huge ego, but he didn't really like the songs she wrote about him. They made him think more and more about how badly he fucked up with her. When he zoned back in he caught the last bit of the song."The last time
This is the last time
This is the last timе (This is the last time)
Pick up the phonе to let you know
That you're alone now
The last time (This is the last time)
I pick up the phone to let you know
That you're alone now
God forbid that I romanticise this
God forbid that I romanticise this" Maybe the song was about him. He remembered her phone calls- well, the voicemails she would leave when he didn't pick up. Most of the time she would beg for him to pick up and tell her what happened, but the last one she left was etched into his brain.
