"Talia." Diego said before rushing over to her and hugging her. "Thank god your remember." He lightly laughed.
"I remember majority of it now, some pieces are still missing, but I remember! I remember." Talia smiled brightly before she leaned in to kiss Diego.
"Excuse me, what do you think you're doing?" Lila said separating the two. "That's my boyfriend."
"Boyfriend?" Diego asked Lila.
"Right, who was kidding. Of course you moved on. I mean, when you saw me I was engaged. It's reasonable for you to move on." Talia scoffed to herself. She didn't blame Diego for moving on. I mean if your ex got engaged you'd move on too.
"Can we please focus." Five said.
"Of course dad would be involved in the assassination I should've known." Diego said, thinking about how he would clear it up with Talia later.
"No, you're jumping to conclusions." FiveI denied.
"What else is he doing standing on the grassy knoll, holding an open black umbrella on a sunny day in Dallas the exact same moment the president gets shot?"
"It doesn't look good, I admit."
"No, he's the signalman for the whole goddamn thing."
"Easy, Diego. Seriously."
"No, it makes sense. This is what Hazel was obviously trying to tell you. We have to stop dad from killing the president."
"Diego, calm down, alright? Dad was no boy scout, but presidential assassination? It's never been his thing."
"How would you know? You skipped out on his golden years."
"Skipped out. You think I had it easy, Diego? I was alone for forty five years."
"Boys! You both have fucked up lives, leave it at that. We don't have time for this right now."
"She's right. Dads clearly in Dallas, right? Let's just go talk to him. Maybe he can help us fix the timeline."
"Dallas is a big place. We need to find him first."
"Gee, if only we had some magical, old-timey way of finding people and their addresses." Talia rolled her eyes before she went to grab the telephone book. She tossed it down on the table and Diego opened it. "Let's start simple. His name. Last names first so search the H's."
"Shit, nothing here." Diego said when it skipped over the last name.
"Try his company, D.S. Umbrella Manufacturing Co." five said and Diego rolled his eyes.
"Yeah, I know the name. Thanks. Holy shit." Diego said as he found it. "Eighty two olive. Let's go." Diego, five, and Talia left Elliott tied up as they began to leave the building. "Is he okay to leave like that?"
"Yeah, he's fine. What about the girl?" Then they turned around to see Lila gone.
"Shit." Diego sighed before he went to search for her. "What're you doing in here?" Diego asked once he found her in a closet.
"Nothing, just...gettin' some air." Lila answered as she sat in the corner.
"In a closet?"
"There's a draft."
"Alright, Lila, I gotta take off with five and Talia, okay?"
"It's happening again, isn't it?"
"What is?"
