The large crash echoed through the house and everyone knew what- or who it was. Vanya had broken free.

The house shook underneath Talias feet as she ran out of the house. "Talia!" She heard Diego yell.

"Diego!" She shouted back, but she couldn't see past the dust and rubble.

"Klaus go find mom, I'm gonna get Talia." She heard Diego say.

"I can get out myself. Go save your mom!" Talia said, not wanting him to waste time trying to get her out when she could do it herself.

"Just...just be careful, alright?"

"When am I not careful?" She laughed before running to find her exit. The floors and walls started to crumble and she knew her previous statement was soon to be false. She felt the walls cave and the roof fall as she accepted her fate. She had escaped death hours before, but this time she wouldn't be so lucky.

Klaus held Diego back from the building as they watched their mom wave from the window. He pulled him further back, to keep more debris from hitting him. Once the building had settled, Diego ran towards the front and expected to find Talia waiting for him, she wasn't. "Mom! Talia!" He said as he started the search. "Klaus, come here. Help me search."

"Diego. Just stop it. Stop." Klaus said pulling him back again.

"No, what-what are you- let me go. What are you doing?"

"Stop. Stop. They're gone. They're...they're gone, okay? They're..."

"What do you wanna do? You wanna-wanna..." he stuttered over his 'w's for a moment, "walk away from this? What about pogo?"

"He didn't make it. Vanya killed him."

"But Vanya wouldn't-"

"No, I saw it. Just before we got out."

"Mom. Pogo. And Talia. No. No. No!" He said as he threw a rock.

"Ow!" They all heard from the rocks point of impact. They quickly rushed over to the noise and dug. A hand stuck out and Diego helped pulled them up.

"Oh thank god!" He said once he saw it was Talia. He quickly pulled her in for a hug. He started to examine her body for any more injuries, her head mostly.

"I'm fine, just some dust and bruises." She said as she stopped his worries.

"You're gonna give me a heart attack one day."

"Guys!" Five said as he ran over to the group. "This is it. The apocalypse is still on. The world ends today."

"I thought you said it was over." Luther asked.

"I was wrong, okay? This news paper, I found it in the future the day I got stuck. The headline hasn't changed." He said showing everyone the paper.

"No, that doesn't mean anything. Time could've been altered since that newspaper came out this morning." Diego denied.

"You're not listening to me. When I found it, I assumed this place some down along with everything else. But here we are. The moons still shining, the earth is in one piece, but not the academy."
