"Hi Chili"

18th June 2022, Canada

I spend the majority of my time in the Ferrari motorhome, either watching the sessions or studying for uni. Uni was going really well, much better then I expected with all the travelling.

Charles was more then determent to keep me here forever, same goes for Carlos because Ferrari is performing way better the expected. [I'm delulu. This is my coping mecanism so leave me OK?!]

After the race I was waiting for Charles to get ready so we can leave back to the hotel. I needed a nap before we're heading out for tonight's party, because one thing I learned while travelling alongside the boys was that if there was a party it wouldn't end before the sun rises again.

"There he is! My number one" I smile as I see Charles and Andrea coming out of the hospitality.

"I knew I was your favourite!!" Andrea says laughing.

I start singing "It's you. It's you. It's aaaaalll for you." Charles laugh as he hugs me from behind, resting his chin on my shoulder. I smile back to him "you did amazing."

"thanks to you. you know that you can never leave me alone from now on right?"

i laugh "yeah we will see about that."

We make our way back to the hotel and I enjoy every second of my nap. Afterwards I start to get ready for tonight. Just as I was doing my make up I hear a knock on my door and I open up.

It was Charles holding up a bag of food "burgerssss!"

I let him in and smile "god you're the best!!"

"I can't risk you blacking out because you forgot to eat something" he says giggling. We eat together and he stays while I make myself ready. After a looong concert by me and charles I'm finally ready for the night. With my hair up in a sleek ponytail I decided to go with this for the night:

Charles smiles as he sees me "who will be the victim tonight? Pierre? Carlos?"

"Never say never" is all i say as we make our way to the club.

I enter the club with charles and joris. We head immediately to the vip area and I see pierre already coming towards me.

"Mon petit diable. Wow" he pulls me close by my waist and I wrap my arms around his neck. Joris and Charles laugh and leave us behind. "How about we get out of here?" He smirks down on me.

My eyes wander from his eyes to his lips and back "why?".

He lifts one hand up to my cheek his eyes glued to my lips "oh I have a few ideas..."

"Oh yeah..? Tell me more.." I move my hands to his shirt and start to open up the first button, while biting my lip.

He lifts my chin up with his fingers "you really want to play this game?" He asks coming even closer to my lips.

"Nah not really" I answer, giving him a kiss on his cheek and making my way to Charles and the others.

It takes pierre a few seconds to snap back in and catch up with me. He stops me before I could say hi to everyone, he whispers in my ear "we're not done yet."

I smirk and leave him behind again to say hello to the others. My first few drinks I shared with daniel and Heidi, I loved them and the past weeks they became good friends to me, especially heidi.

I was at the bar getting myself the fourth drink of the night as I hear someone behind me "Belle, good to see you"

I smile at Max and give him a hug "how are you verstappen?"

"Even better if you would come dancing with me"

"Smooth. Again. Do you want to steal that title from carlos?"

He laughs before he takes my hand and pulls me gently to the dance floor. We dance for a while and have a really good time. After a few songs we make our way back to the vip area, no free seats. Once again.

Before really thinking about it I walk to carlos because I haven't talked to him a lot tonight. I sit down on his lap and like always he wraps his arms around me, pulling me closer.

"Hi chili" I say smiling at him.

He smiles back, i loved his smile "hello love, you having fun?"

"I'm always up for a party with you all sooo.."

He laughs "that's true."

"Hey vic.." because I was looking at carlos most of the time I didn't even realised that lando was right next to him. Oh perfect...

"Ohh sorry I didn't realised you're sitting there. Enjoying your night?" I smile at him

He seems to be unsure about my 'nice' reaction, he probably expected something else after the last time we saw each other. I'm mad. But I had to try.. for max.

"Yeah I am."

"And how was your race ?" I ask. he doesn't have to know that I kept an eye on him the whole time...

"P8, some points better then nothing"

"P8 is Good! Don't talk yourself down!"

He smiles "thank you."

"How about i get you something new to drink?" Carlos asks smiling.

I nod "I can't turn down a free drink can I?" He laughs and asks lando if he wants something as well, after that he leaves. Leaving me and lando behind. Alone. The others were pretty occupied with themselves.

I get slightly nervous. I don't want to end up fighting with him again..

We both remain silent for a few minutes, scared to mess things up again.

Just as I was about to say something lando starts as well and we both stop. Then we look at each other and laugh.

It felt soo good.

"You go first" I say.

He gets up and takes my hand.

stop this shit makes me nervous.

Almost making out with pierre or sitting on Carlos's and Pierre's lap is normal by now. But lando taking my hand makes me feel things I can't put my finger on yet and I don't know if I like it either.

As soon as we enter the balcony he lets go of my hand. hm.. bummer..

"I hope it's okay that I dragged you with me?"

"Good thing that you ask after you did it norris" I say laughing.

He chuckles "can't defend myself on this one" We smile at each other before he speaks up again "you look beautiful tonight."

I feel my cheeks turning red "thank you.. and you don't look like a 16 year old boy anymore.. you.. uhm- definitely had a glow up."

He laughs "lovely, thanks but nothing compared to you."

We both wanted to keep talking but somehow we stayed quiet. Just enjoying the peace..
