JJ and I were resting in the guest room, clutching each other's bodies tightly in our arms. My head was nuzzled into his warm neck while he pressed me further, by the back of my head. Making sure I was close, happy, and safe, just like he promised me.

However, I believe my rest wasn't going as nicely as my boyfriend's. He dozed off before me since I was the only one that had a mind swarming with dangerous thoughts, but I didn't tell him that. I didn't want him to lose his sleep over me, he looked so peaceful and beautiful when he slept.

No matter how much and how hard JJ promised me he was going to keep me safe and sound, there was still that thought that wouldn't go away for good.

The thought of Nolan coming back for more.

But what didn't help me out in this terrifying situation, was having another dream just last time. But this one was way worse.

-
I was standing in a dim and empty two-story house. My eyes scanned around the room noticing an old brown couch and a creaky old lamp resting on a nightstand. It looked familiar but I couldn't put my finger on it.

Some footsteps approached the room, causing me to cock my head toward the sound. Then, it stopped. I thought nothing of it before I began walking towards the old sound.

I stepped out of the room before I noticed a shadow of a muscular person slowly walking, on the wall in front of me. I looked over, and my heart skipped a beat, as my brown eyes widened.

It was my older brother.

"Where are you going? There's no way out, little sister." He smirked before a snicker came out of his mouth, but I shook my head.

"You're not real." I tried standing my ground, only making him shut his laughter up, and take a step forward, hovering over me.

"I'm not?" Then I felt his warm breath fan over my face, which sent a huge herd of panic up my body and brain.

"No, no. No." I turned away from him and began sprinting as my brown eyes wandered the dark hallway until I landed in another empty room.

There was a small old bed and a little dresser in the corner of the room. That was it. But before I got to look around even further, I felt somebody grasp my shoulder. I severely flinched, and turned around, only to be met with Rafe Cameron's hungry eyes.
