It's been months since Billy and Hopper died. Y/n's family and El moved weeks ago.
Y/n is laying in bed thinking about her family including El.
She sighs heavily missing them.
She looks around the Wheeler basement where she has been staying since her family moved to California.
"Y/n!" Mike yells running down the stairs.
"Yeah" she replies laying back on the bed.
"Mike!" Nancy yells angrily running after him.
"What's going on?" Y/n asks confused.
"Nothing, sorry for bothering you, right Mike?" Nancy says glaring at him.
"What! Ow, I mean yeah sorry" he says rubbing his arm where Nancy pinched him.
"It's fine" Y/n says sighing looking at the ceiling again.
"Mike go upstairs" Nancy says pointing at the stairs.
"Aw come on!" he says raising his arms scoffing loudly.
"Now" Nancy says giving him a look.
Mike sighs loudly going up the stairs dragging his feet.
Nancy sighs at him looking at Y/n who's still looking at the ceiling blankly.
"Y/n are you okay?" Nancy asks concerned sitting on the bed beside Y/n.
"Yeah totally" Y/n says trying to smile but to no avail.
"The truth" Nancy says sternly.
"No I'm not" Y/n says sighing sitting up looking at Nancy with tears in her eyes.
"I can't keep pretending that everything is fine" Y/n says shaking her head.
Nancy nods understanding.
"I lost everything" Y/n says with tears falling down her face.
"The person I saw as a father is dead and the guy that I loved and who understood me is gone, they're all gone...my family..I just couldn't go with them..I'm not ready to leave" Y/n says looking down sadly sobbing.
Nancy looks at her best friend wishing she could help her.
"I'm so sorry" Nancy says hugging Y/n tightly.
Y/n hugs Nancy crying into her shoulder.
"I'll never be the same" Y/n says quietly through tears.
"I'll still be here" Nancy replies smiling at her.
"Thanks Nance, I'm glad you're here" Y/n says smiling at her.
