It's been three days of me searching for M/n and Mayday alone without the other's knowing, a few days since the fight with that pink and blond haired rat and more then two weeks since the kids have been gone. Almost a month. I've been going in more dimensions then the others resulting in not much rest.
I keep searching dimension after dimension with no luck but keep my head up. I make sure not to be suspicious of what I'm doing so no one knows what I'm doing, and so far. It's working. I've been in 25 dimensions in the past four days. I'm tired but won't sleep till i know M/n is safe, and Mayday. I can't afford to loose them, i if i do. . . Then I'm afraid I'll loose myself again. If i loose him, i loose everything. I can't do that. I can't allow that to happen. . .i won't allow that to happen.
I'm now in my office trying to track M/n's watch since every watch has a tracking device in them but for some reason it isn't working. Maybe something broke when they went in the portal, but it's obvious considering if it wasn't M/n and Mayday would've been here by now and not some place I don't know where in another dimension. I sigh and close my eyes before groaning slightly annoyed.
"What do you want, Parker." I asked not bothering to turn around since I already knew it was him. I heard him sigh and start to talk "Heyy. . . Uh Miguel. How are you?" He asked and i rolled my eyes and huffed. "Great. Just great." You could hear the sarcasm dripping from my tone while i kept on working on the orange and yellow screens in front of me. I heard Peter stay quiet before he opened his mouth again to say something. "Miguel, look. . . I know, that . . . This is hard for you, like really hard for you. But you need some rest. You look like you haven't slept in weeks! It's really bad for your health!" Peter said trying to persuade me into taking a break "I mean even the rest are taking a break since we've all been searching for so long! And you need rest too, we'll just continue searching for M/n and Mayday another day." Peter said softly. I could the rage slowly appear in my chest but push it down. "How can you be so calm when your literal child is out in another dimension you don't even know where?" I asked while stopping my movements and just focused on one of the screen in front of me that showed a picture of me and M/n at a cat cafe M/n had discovered a few months ago. He introduced me to it and ever since we've been going there every lunch break we can. I frown slightly at the thought of M/n and look down a bit.
