AN: TRIGGER WARNING, ATTEMPTED SUICIDE

Will POV:

We had just turned away from the airlock from which we had ejected Jason, when suddenly everything went dark. I groaned, not the lights again!

I trudged towards electrical, subconsciously reaching for my boyfriends hand, but I stopped when I remembered that he was gone and not coming back.

I fought off tears as I made it to electrical, and I, along with the others, managed to get the lights back on.

We had all separated to get our tasks done, when suddenly Frank called an emergency meeting. We rushed to the cafeteria, where we found a piece of paper, pinned to the table with a shiny knife. It read;

You just ejected an innocent crewmate.

The note was incredibly neatly printed, so there was no obvious clues as to who's handwriting it was.

The second Piper read the note she broke down crying. I looked down, ashamed at how fast we were to accuse our friend.

Annabeth did her best to console Piper while the rest of us looked at each other with wary glances. I was a bit suspicious of Annabeth, Percy, Leo, and Calypso, as they were the only ones who hadn't had their significant other taken away from them. It would make sense that the Imposters would work together.

Then again, Reyna is often on her own, and usually stays to herself, not forming super close bonds with too many people.

It hurt my head thinking about it. We split up once again to continue our tasks. I thought the splitting up was a very bad idea, but we didn't really have a choice, cause if we didn't the tasks would take forever.

I was standing in electrical, diverting power to shields, when suddenly I felt something go through my chest. I looked down and saw the tip of a knife. I then collapsed and blackness took over.

Annabeth POV:

I was with Percy fixing wire panels, when suddenly alarms started blaring. The reactor had been sabotaged. We ran as fast as we could. A timer counted down, but it was possible that the reactor would explode before the timer was up.

We finally reached the reactor. Reyna was already there working to fix it. I set to work and Percy did as well. At some point I heard Leo and Calypso arrive. Finally, we stabilized the reactor and it was no longer threatening to explode.

Everyone was here in reactor, except Will and Piper. Dread formed a pit in my stomach as I told everyone to look for them.

We found Piper. She was standing on the edge of the shields platform, about to drop into the depths of the ship.

"Piper No!" I yelled.

She twisted so her back faced the drop. "Annabeth, I can't stand it. I love him, I want to be with him."

She started tilting backwards. Percy lunged and just barely managed to grab her ankle. Piper started thrashing.

"LET ME GO! LET ME SEE HIM!" She screamed.

"Piper, do you think Jason would want you to do this?" I asked her calmly, while helping Percy pull her up.

"I..." She fell silent and stopped trying to get out of our grasp. We pulled her up and onto the safety of the platform.

The speakers crackled to life. At first I thought it was an announcement, but all I heard was static.

"Great, comms are down." I grumbled.

Percy tried saying something, but I couldn't tell what it was.

I sighed and pointed in the direction of Comms. Percy nodded, and ran off while I held Piper, doing my best to comfort her. She exausted herself with crying and fell asleep. I sighed. I imagine I would probably do something similar if I lost Percy.

Finally, the speakers crackled to life, and Frank's voice announced, "DEAD BODY IN ELECTRICAL!"

Percy must've fixed Comms. Speak of the devil, Percy came running in. He saw the asleep Piper and smiled.

"Here, I'll carry her. You can go to Electrical with the rest of the group. I'll take her to Med-bay to make sure she's okay physically." Percy said, scooping Piper up in a bridal carry.

I got to my feet and started heading to Electrical while Percy carried Piper to Med-Bay.
