"So did y'all get caught?" Madi gasped, keeping her voice low as the girls sat in the corner of their cosmetology class.
"Nope, tonight will make our third night but this time he's coming over because Ony isn't going to be home and Ares is staying with Amon this weekend." Phe said, grabbing her comb, making a part in the mannequin head.
"It's not like Reese would've snitched anyway."
"Real but still, I didn't wanna risk it. Don't bring it up in front of him though, just in case." Phe sighed.
"Girl I was already thinking ahead of you. How are you though now that you know Davison is graduating in like a week?"
"Sad as hell, you're gonna be gone too." She pouted, "But if I take this one course during the summer, I can graduate after this upcoming October which is ultimately my goal."
"Did you plan on going to college?"
"Girl absolutely the fuck not. I barely wanna be here." Phoenix laughed. "On top of that, what would I even do? I'm not really... passionate about anything outside of this class."
"Well then go to school to become a beautician and esthetician, that's actually so up your alley! And you're super into skincare so you can even become a dermatologist if you wanted the medical aspect of it."
"Or I can just post my pictures on Instagram and be cute for a living." Phe shrugged, giggling but she was dead serious, at least for now. Phoenix actually did have a decent following on mainly all of her social medias, she randomly got sponsorships and brand deals handed to her multiple times a month and they definitely paid well.
Phoenix never really had a future set out for her, she just knew she wanted to continue to afford the live style she currently had now. But she also literally had no drive to work, she hated being somewhere she didn't want to be and she also hated working for other people.
"Okay true. I wish." Madison laughed and Phe glared at her.
"Girly you're so freaking pretty, you're a lot more photogenic than I am and I keep telling you to call that modeling agency back!" She exclaimed. "You're too hard on yourself, Mads. You're the most beautiful person on this planet and I've thought that since we've laid eyes on each other, I really do think you'll make it far if you took it seriously."
"Look at you sounding like me." Madi chuckled and shook her head, her smile disappearing as she held her curling iron. "I'd love to but I just don't have the money for that right now, but when I do I'll consider it."
