"That's bullshit! She's been tormenting my daughter for years! And now she's even gone as far as to spreading heinous lies and drugging my child!" Leah's mother screamed.

"Then her thug ass brothers threatened us on my property!" Her father bellowed. "All three of them! Tell them Leah!"

Phoenix sat there with her legs crossed as she stared Leah dead in her face from across the table. "Now is that true, Leah? Did my brothers come and threaten you? Did you threaten her?" She looked at Onyx who was sitting next to her.

"No. I didn't even see her."

"And where were you Onyx?" Phoenix asked.

"With you." He turned his head slowly and stared back at her.

"And you corroborated your statement, correct? There's proof?" Phoenix then turned to her left, looking at her lawyer.

"Correct, Ms. Volkan. Both of my clients have statements and timestamps to back them up. There's no proof of your claim." Their lawyer stared at Leah's parents and then at Leah and her lawyer. "Whereas... there's countless evidence of Ms. King sending insults, even some would say threats, to Ms. Volkan through social media and taunting her as well. I also have witnesses of you purposely dropping her during a cheering routine at nationals." He continue to speak. "As well as evidence that you Ms. King, are not the victim."

Phoenix looked away from him and smirked at the other side of the table. "And then not only did you bully me for no reason, you broke my leg, you assaulted me at the mall."

"And from the children that we were allowed to interview at their school, Leah was always the aggressor. Here's the video of the mall incident that they're going to show in court. Based on how early the video started and how far the recorder had to walk, this was a premeditated attack. An attack that was thought out to the fullest degree."

"Sounds like you're going to lose your case to me." Onyx spoke up, his face straight but on the inside he was fuming.

Leah had the nerve to sit there and press charges against Phoenix. Claiming she assaulted her, drugged her with steroids, and she also tried suing for defamation of character.

What ticked Onyx off the most was that her parents sat up there and let her when they knew that money couldn't save them this time.

Though they weren't on good terms, he refused to have his baby sister's future and life get fucked up behind simple jealousy or at all. Leah had no right to sit there and ruin Phe's life and she damn sure had no right to play victim when this was her doing.

"You told me yourself that this was fueled by pure jealousy. You were upset that Phoenix got everything she wanted. You were so upset and spiteful that you destroyed her career in the only thing that she loved to do." He said calmly. "Leah, you and Mr. King love to say that me and my sister throw threats at you but trust me when I say this," Onyx leaned closer on the table. "if I make a threat, I see it out."

Phoenix grinned widely when she saw Onyx's fist ball up over the table. "Don't say too much, they might try to sue us over that too." She chuckled tauntingly. "It's so over for you Leah." She sighed heavily. "Because the reason we called this meeting was due to the fact that both the SAT admin and the swim coach confessed to sleeping with you."
