Abhinav Sharma
A 39 year old man who was once a taxi driver but now, he is the husband of Superstar Akshara Sharma. He also handles all her dealings and work. He is hopelessly in love with Akshara ever since he first met her. He is someone who agrees to her point of view most of the times. He was an orphan and Akshara is his only family. He was the one who fathered Abhir for the first 6 years of his life before losing the custody to Abhimanyu Birla. Loves his son but loves his wife more. Akshara initially married him for Abhir and settled for a lower middle-class life in Kasauli with him. They fell in love eventually. He is sensitive, sweet and docile. Doesn't have big ambitions or the brains to do something big. Highly dependent on his wife for everything. He and Akshara have been each other's support system for the last 8 years. Whenever it is about Akshara, his emotions override his sensibilities.

Akshara Sharma
A 39 year old woman who fell in love with a protégé doctor, Abhimanyu Birla and married him almost immediately. She was 22 when she got married and had Abhir when she was just 23. She had trust issues all her life. She couldn't get herself to trust anybody apart from her family. She believed in being bonded by blood and her belief solidified when after bringing up Abhir for 6 years, she lost the custody to Abhimanyu. He is Abhir's biological father who had nothing to do with Abhir for the first 6 years of his life. She divorced Abhimanyu and married Abhinav after a fateful event. She struggled hard to make a name for herself after being ridiculed for her financial instability during custody battle. She has her own set of beliefs and sticks to them come what may. She made some questionable decisions and suffered subsequently. She has a reputation of being someone who never gives up and someone who doesn't stop at anything if she decides to achieve something. That helped her make a mark for herself in the music industry as an independent artist. She is Superstar Akshara Sharma who needs no introduction. She is on a mission to get back what she lost with Abhinav on her side.
