"So, before we discuss the plan, show me the video so I can understand what happened exactly in detail as the video shows me what's going on," said Sabrina.

I nodded, turned on my phone, and showed her the video. Since I was recording while I was inside the car, she couldn't hear anything, but she could still see what happened.

"Mmh..." said Sabrina "I have no idea what's that black thing that Phil had put inside the box..."

"That's what I'm trying to figure out. But if we find out what that is, then the case is solved," I said.

"Wait...you told me at school that you took notes of Josh's conversation with someone, including the address of the place, when he was on the phone last night, right?"

"Yes, I did"

"You got it with you?"

"Yep," I answered.

"OK, good. May I see it?" she asked.

"Yeah, sure"

To be honest, I've noted the information in my book, where it contained the homework that should be finished. Then, I ripped out the piece of paper from the book, where I wrote it. I took out the piece of paper from my pocket and gave it to her. Once I gave it to her, she pulled out her phone, took a picture of the noted information, and gave the paper back to me.

"What are you going to do with it?" I asked.

"I'll go to Phil's house and search a little bit to find If there's anything important that has to do with your stepdad's situation"

"I'm coming with you then," I said.

"No," said my friend, who shook her head.

"Why?"

"Because if you get caught, do you know how much trouble you'll be in? You might even be in danger, just like the one with the car accident. Plus, your arm is broken, how will you be able to handle this?" Sabrina explained.

"It's the same thing with you. If you get caught, you'll also be in a lot of trouble. And who knows? You might also be in danger like I might be"

She didn't say anything. I looked at my right arm and continued

"Besides, I spied on Josh twice and the second time was with my broken arm"

"...he caught you on the first time, when he first bought the black box...which was why he lied to you by telling and showing you that what was inside the black box was a statue. You didn't even have a broken arm at that time. And I don't know if it's true, but maybe he caught you on the second time as well and you don't know that yet"

"If he caught me on the second time, then I don't think that he would admit to his friend that he'll lie to whoever found out about the black box. If his objective is to make sure that no one finds out about the box and he's aware that I was spying on them, then he wouldn't say that to Phil"

I held her hand and reassured her by saying

"Don't worry, I can handle this. Trust me"

She sighed and asked

"Are you sure?"

"Yes, I'm sure," I answered.

She stood silent for a moment, then she finally said

"Ok fine..."

I smiled and put my hand away.

"Thank you, Sabrina. Thank you for trusting me on this. Thank you for not being too worried about me"
