I eventually walked back home from Phil's house, since we didn't find anything important in his house. We also promised Sabrina's aunt that we'd return from the 'cinema' at 9 PM. So, we didn't want Sabrina's aunt to worry. Not to mention, it's kinda the time for me to go home as it's already night time.

So far, we know that Phil was out in Italy and will come back in 3 days. We also found a broken glass containing the letter V on it. If he's coming back in 3 days, then it means that we have 2 days left to find hints on his house. The first day, which was today, is already over, which was why I said that we have 2 days left. Oh, and just to tell you, I've kept the letter with me, the one about Phil being in Italy.

Once I arrived, I opened the door and stepped inside. Then I heard Dad and Henry talking.

"What do you think we should do? She doesn't want to tell us a thing" said Henry.

"We just have to try to be nice to her so that she'd talk" my dad answered.

"That's what we did, yet she's still silent. We healed her wounds, fed her, and took good care of her. Yet, she's still scared to tell us anything" Henry spoke back.

Technically, they were talking about the case of Emma Taylor being kidnapped. Once I stepped inside and closed the door, Henry and Dad heard it. Then, they looked around and saw me.

"Vicky? Weren't you with Sabrina?" Dad asked.

"Yeah, and I walked back home," I answered.

"Why didn't you call me so that I could drive you?" he asked, not happy.

"Dad, it's fine. I'm a grown-up, I can walk back home. Plus, the house ain't that far from Sabrina's"

As my father was analyzing me, he noticed something on my hand. I could tell that he saw the wound on my hand.

"What happened? Why do I see a wound in your hand?" asked my father.

Henry looked at my hand and saw it too. I had to think of a lie, to avoid Dad's suspicion, until I found one.

"While walking to get back home, I tripped onto something and fell. Once I fell, my hand touched the ground and so, I injured myself"

My father looked at me and stood silent for 2 seconds. Then, he said

"Be careful, ok? And next time, when you want to go somewhere or come back home, call me so that I can drive you"

"Ok..." I sighed "I'll go bandage myself up and go to my room"

That's exactly what I did. I bandaged my hand up, went into my room, and closed the door. Curiously, I felt like I wanted to listen to Dad and Henry's conversation about the Emma Taylor case.

"So, what do you think we should do that'll make her open her mouth? Because once she does, we'll solve this case once and for all," Henry continued.

"Henry," my father said "I forgot to tell you, but today, we were interrogating her in the interrogation room today, but again, she didn't tell us anything. When we left the room, you left some documentary papers on the table, which was in front of her. As soon as we left, I noticed that she secretly took a pen from the table and wrote something on it"

"Wait, what?"

"Yeah, when we both left the room, she did that"

"Did you find out what she wrote?" my dad's best friend asked.

Then, the man who gave birth to me pulled out some documentary papers and gave it to his co-worker. How do I know that my father did that when I can't see anything and can only hear? Well, I heard paper noises. At the same time, right after I heard those sounds, my Dad said
