NEW YEAR'S EVE
IT WAS NOW NEW YEAR'S EVE. Christmas was lovely, lots of gifts were shared per usual. Also, Chris made sure to keep his word and showed Galore that he was all about her and fixing things. Which caused for the two to be great.
As of now, the crew were all situated in Jayla's livingroom getting ready for the New Year to come in. AP, Jayla and Galore were in the kitchen cooking while Sulani and D were in the living room setting everything up.
"Aye moe ! This nigga Woody can't drive for shit." They heard Tweet laugh as the two made their way into the kitchen.
Woody smacks his teeth with a smile, "I hit one pot hole and this nigga wanted to make his body fly around and shit."
"Don't be lyin' on me cause yo ass drive on curbs, dummy." Tweet chuckles as him and Woody placed their grocery bags onto the kitchen counter.
AP, Galore and Jayla looked at the bags confused. They sent the men to the store to retrieve two things but, it seems that they came back with more.
"We only asked for cheese and milk..." Galore trials off with her eyebrow raised as she looked at the two.
"We got that and some more bottles !" Woody exclaims with a smile on his face.
"Can't celebrate the New Year without some champagne and shit !" Tweet smiles.
"Y'all just.. Thank you." Jayla shakes her head before taking the items away from her friends so that the her and the other two could start cooking.
Woody and Tweet just laughed before they decided to sit in the kitchen with the three as they conversed. When D and Sulani had finished setting up the living room, they maneuvered towards the kitchen where everybody else were.
"Put it the fuck down !" Jayla spats to D , who was trying to pick up one of the steak bites that was sitting in the aluminum pan near him.
D smacks his teeth, "I just wanted one, moe."
"Yo ass need to wait." Jayla informs.
"Aha ! You gotta wait." Woody teases causing for D to send a glare his way.
Galore picks up her buzzing phone and looks at it seeing who would be calling her. Once seeing the caller, she pressed answer and places it to her ear.
"Hey." She greets before letting the person speak. Galore nods her head before placing the fork that was in her hand down and walking out of the kitchen, "I'm comin'."
