Toto Wolff's POV

I was no stranger to the high-pressure world of Formula 1, but this season was different;  it was a season of change and anticipation as Leah's pregnancy became more apparent with each passing day.

When the first rays of sunlight passed through our room, I got up from the soft bed.  Beside me, Leah slept soundly, her growing baby bump visible under the soft blankets.  I smiled as I watched her sleep, knowing that each day, each race brought us closer to a new chapter in our lives

When Leah woke up I had already made breakfast and she was extremely happy with it. I had an early meeting with my team and Leah accompanied me as she had for most of the pregnancy.

My responsibilities as the CEO of the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula 1 team were demanding, but my priority was to be by Lea's side during this important time in our lives.  I knew balancing the pressures of the racing world with the responsibilities of impending parenthood would be a challenge, but one we were determined to tackle together.

Leah, already sporting her baby bump and there's no mistaking it, sat in the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team garage and watched the mechanics work tirelessly on the shiny silver cars.

I had an important briefing with my team but Leah hates briefings so she decided to stay in my office. My mind was racing with thoughts of tire strategies, pit stops and driver introductions but I couldn't help but think of Leah and the baby we were expecting  .After 2 hours of briefing we were finally ready and when we left the team room I saw Leah standing in the paddock watching the drivers practice.I went up to her and kissed her and she smiled sweetly but I had a lot of work

During practice, I would occasionally sneak a glance at Leah, my eyes filled with a mixture of pride and concern.  I wanted her to feel comfortable and safe and I had made sure the team provided her with a cozy space to rest between sessions.  My mind will always be with her and our unborn child.

Leah spoke to most of the drivers and she was as used to them as they were to her.

As the cars roared to life and the drivers pushed their limits on the track, I couldn't help but glance at Leah.  She wore a patronizing smile, her hand gently cupping her baby bump.  I know that this environment, with its thunderous noise and high speeds, is far from what most would consider ideal for an expectant mother.

In a pause in the action, I approached Lea.  I crouched next to her chair and whispered “Are you okay love?  Do you need anything?” I said as I kissed her gently on the cheek

Leah's eyes met mine filled with joy, “I'm fine, Toto.  Just seeing you doing what you love makes it all worth it.” She said
smiled, and I think you will fall in love for the second time.  I smiled, and my heart filled with love.  “Thank you for being here, for being a part of this.”

Lunch was an opportunity for me and Leah to steal a quiet moment together.  We were sitting in the team hospitality area facing the pit lane. I was holding Leah's hand and said to her "You're doing great, you know? I can't believe how strong you are."  I said and kissed her hand

Leah smiled warmly.  "I couldn't have done it without you, Toto. You've been my rock through it all."  I took Leah's hand in mine and we finally had some time together

As the day progressed, the F1 circus was buzzing with excitement.  The roar of the engines grew louder as the qualifying sessions and practice laps progressed.  Leah watched from the team's VIP area with a proud smile on her face.

Amidst the adrenaline and tension of the track, I never let Leah out of my sight for long. I checked on her between meetings and made sure she had everything she needed.  .

As the sun began to set over the track, the track day came to a close.  My team had done well in practice and the promise of a race weekend was looming. We finally made it home and Leah settled into a comfy chair and I knelt down to gently rub her swollen legs. It always happens when she doesn't rest completely  !but I'll make sure it's good tomorrow.

"Tomorrow is race day," I said looking into Lea's eyes.  "And soon our baby will be here too. Life couldn't be more exciting."

Leah nodded and laughed "This is a new chapter for us, Toto, and I can't wait to see how it unfolds. We're going to have a little competitor. Little Toto" I immediately laughed and kissed her. I love this woman!
