Karl's Pov-

I shook Sap awake gently. His eyes fluttered open and he smiled.

" I'm going to make breakfast. Don't forget your medicine." I said gently. He nodded and kissed me. I walked into the kitchen and began cooking. When I was done Sap walked out of the bedroom and walked Scout. I smiled softly. I walked up to Jared's room and knocked on the door. When no one answered I cracked the door slightly. I smiled as I saw Jared cuddled up with Shane. I took a picture so I could send it to Jared later and pick on him. I walked over to the bed and shook Jared.

" Breakfast is ready sweetie," I said softly as his eyes fluttered open. He nodded. I walked back to the kitchen and grabbed a few plates. I set the table and Sapnap walked in.

" So what's the plan for me with my medicine?" He asked quietly. He was digging his nails into his hands. I gently grabbed his hands and smiled.

" I explained what was going on with you to your therapist and she said she would like to talk to you for a moment. Not a whole session just a small talk." I said gently. He nodded and hugged me. Jared and Shane walked out of his room. I smiled softly. They sat at the table and Jared laid his head on Shane's shoulder. I handed him a monster and he smiled. We all sat down and ate. After we finished eating Shane said he had to go.

" Please don't leave yet," Jared said quietly.

" I have to honey. I have to get to work." Shane responded. Jared hugged him and wouldn't let him go. I walked over to Jared and placed my hand on his back.

" We can go see him after your appointment. How does that sound?" I asked softly. He shook his head and held Shane tighter.

" I have to go honey but you can come to see me after your appointment. You can also text me." Shane said gently. Jared shook his head again.

" Will you come back to the house later?" Jared asked quietly.

" If I could I would but my parents won't let me. They didn't even know I was here last night. When I'm living with George I'll come see you more." Shane said rubbing his back. Jared let go of Shane and ran to his room. He slammed the door behind him. You could hear his cries behind the door.

" It's okay. I'll go check on him. You go to work and I'll have him text you." I told Shane. He lightly nodded and I patted his back.

" You need a ride?" Sapnap asked Shane.

" No, it's that cafe right down the road. Thank you though. Thank you both for everything." He said.

" Of course. If you need anything you are always welcome here." I said. He nodded and walked out. I sighed and looked at the time. To get to therapy in time we needed to leave soon. I walked to Jared's room and gently knocked on the door.

" Go away! Leave me the fuck alone!" He yelled. I sighed and looked at Sap. He gave a slight nod.

" Jared I just want to talk to you," I said gently.

" No fuck off! I don't want to talk! Leave me the fuck alone!" He screamed again.

" Jared please let's talk. I'm not upset with you no one is. I just want to make sure you're okay." I said sweetly. The door flew open and he looked at me. He was breathing heavily and his sleeves were covered in blood.

" No, I'm not fucking okay! Now leave me the fuck alone! What do you not understand about that?" He yelled in my face. He went to slam the door but Sap caught it.

" Jared calm down," Sapnap said gently.

" Get ready for therapy. We will leave in 30 minutes." I said walking away. Jared slammed his door again.
