Karl's Pov-

I woke up to a beeping noise and talking. I opened my eyes and looked around for a moment. I noticed Sapnap and he looked at me. His eyes went wide and he grabbed my hand.

" W-what happened?" I asked. I noticed George and Dream there as well.

" You passed out so I took you to the hospital. They said you were extremely malnourished. What happened love? I didn't think you were throwing up still." He said softly. I sighed and went to turn around. There was a tube so I grabbed it and realized it was a feeding tube. I started to panic.

" Take it out. I don't want it. I don't need it." I said as I grabbed the feeding tube.

" No stop love. You do need this. Tell me what's going on." He said. I shook my head quickly.

" Love look at me." He said gently. I looked over at him. He cupped my face and kissed my head.

" Talk to me. Tell me what's going on." He said gently. I saw George and Dream walk out.

" I'm sorry," I whispered. He shook his head and moved closer to me.

" Don't say sorry sweetheart just tell me what's going on." He said. Before I could say anything a doctor walked in with a small smile.

" Hi, how are you feeling Karl?" He asked softly. I shrugged.

" When you came in here we drew some blood and the labs came back. It appears that you have a lot of laxatives in your system." He said. Sap looked confused and looked at the doctor.

" So what does that mean?" He asked him.

" Basically he's taking laxatives to make it quicker for the food to come out. A lot of people do this." He said. Sap looked at me and grabbed my hand.

" Is he okay?" Sapnap suddenly asked.

" He is okay as long as he gets his eating under control. He can leave in a little while. Some paperwork needs to be filled out and I'll give you some papers that hopefully will help you guys." The doctor said with a smile. He walked out and I turned away from Sap.

" No don't look away from me. Turn around and look at me." He said. I still didn't look at him. A nurse walked in and handed me some paperwork. I filled it out quickly and realized something.

" Where's Jared?" I asked.

" He's at home with Shane. He's okay." Sap reassured me. I still didn't look at him. I was able to go home so I was getting dressed with Sapnap's help.

" God Karl." He said sadly as he took off my shirt. I avoided eye contact until he grabbed my chin lightly. He guided it to him and gave me a small smile.

" When we get home we are going to talk about this." He said softly. I sighed and nodded. We went home and Jared was on the couch with Shane. He looked over at us and jumped up. He ran over to me and stopped. I nodded and opened my arms. He hugged me tightly and looked up at me.

" I thought I was going to lose you." He said with tears in his eyes.

" I'm still here," I said softly. He nodded and went back to hugging me. He let go and looked at me.

" Please don't do this anymore. I know this is hard but I can't lose you." He said tears filling his eyes again. I hugged him again and kissed his head.

" I promise I'll try," I said softly.

" Sap is forcing me to talk about my issues but after I promise we can have ice cream," I said. He giggled and nodded. He went back over to Shane and Sapnap brought me to our bedroom. He sat down on the bed and sighed. He patted the bed and I walked over. I sat beside him and looked at the ground.
