*Riley's POV*
I just asked a boy that I met yesterday out. Wow my parents were right, you're crazy in your teenage years. Second day of a new school and I have a boyfriend. A talented boyfriend, this is great. I know I've been very rude lately to him and to Julia and to everyone, but I can't help it.
I finished up my homework, (yes I know second day of school and teachers are assigning homework, welcome to America) and I texted Jeffrey.
"Hey"
He didn't respond till about a hour later.
"Hey sorry, I was doing homework!"
"Aw, that's okay! haha"
"Yea, so what's up?"
"Ah nothing much lol I was just really bored"
"Me too! and um Ri?"
"yes?"
"I don't think we can work this out, I mean we could but idk. I'm really sorry, I just want to stay friends..."
I didn't know what too say.
"k."
"I'm sorry, are you mad???"
I didn't want to start anymore drama.
"Nope! 😊 it's okay!!!!!"
"Oh, phew! thanks for understanding!"
"Anytime Jeff! 😉"
and maybe he's right, staying friends would be the best bet! it's only the second day of school and I've literally only met like 4 people!
