I hear a car pull up, and it's 6:27, so I run downstairs. The doorbell rings. I look outside and Jeffrey is standing out there.
I open the door and see his cheesy smile.
"Hey Jeff!"
"Hey Ri! he's says very anxiously. Julia is waiting in the car!"
"I didn't know you were picking her up too"
"yeah... her dad couldn't bring her, sorry for not telling you!" he said very nervously.
"No it's okay!"
"Well you ready? Brooke, Katie, Emily and Rori are already at the movie!"
"Yeah I am! BYE MOM I LOVE YOU" I yell as I'm walking out the door.
I was very nervous to see how this night will play out. I cross my fingers behind my back and hope for the best.
